This thoughtfully decorated condo is perfect for group trips or families. Ideally located in adorable Edwards CO, 10 minutes from Avon/Beaver Creek, 20 mins from Vail. All new flooring throughout, sleeps 6. (1) primary has king bed, (2) second bedroom has a queen and (3) a queen murphy bed in the alcove near the second bedroom. Each of the 3 beds has a brand new Nectar mattress. Well-appointed kitchen includes brand new stainless appliances, chef's knives, Calphalon pots/pans, griddle, some spices. Brand new outdoor grill, table & chairs.

Short Drive to Beaver Creek

Place was nice and well stocked. Description made it sound like there was an extra bed but this is a 3 bed VRBO. Mattresses were excellent and shower pressure and hot water was tremendous. Garage was a plus but is small. Neighbor in the above unit is loud at very odd times. He must have a night job. Overall, was worth the money. Thank you.

Nice place!

Overall this was a very nice place. Clean and comfy. Beds were nice. Heated garage was a plus. Patrick was on top of things and seemed very responsive if there was an issue. Our only complaint was the neighbors were pretty loud above us and kept us up somewhat at night but they could have been short term renters as well and wouldn’t bother future guests.

Nice place.

Common area has a nice Murphy bed but the online description says Queen plus Murphy bed. Not a big deal, but somewhat confusing. Nice place. Little farther from beaver Creek and Vail than other locations in Edwards. Owner VERY responsive and helpful.

Spacious and Convenient

This is a great place in Edwards. It's only a 5 minute drive to the Arrowhead lot which is free and a short walk to the lifts at Beaver Creek. Patrick was very flexible and responsive and was a great host. The place was also very clean and well laid out for a family to stay. Some great restaraunts just a short drive away as well. Would stay here again for sure!

The unit was clean and neat, spacious, beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchenware, and the location was great, between Eagle and Vail. Owner Patrick was responsive to needs, including any communications. I would consider staying again.

Stocked and furnished better than any other I've rented

We were very happy with the unit and all communications with Patrick. I've already booked a 2nd stay in early April. All of the furnishings looked to be brand new. The beds are supper comfortable including the bedding, the kitchen is really well stocked, the water pressure in the showers is great. This is a ground level unit with parking in front of the garage door and entry to the unit from the garage. The set-up is very convenient after a full day on the slopes and wanting to get equipment stored and into something comfortable. I personally love the location and the short drive to the Arrowhead base.at Beaver Creek. One stop light and a round-a-bout. I can see us staying here annually.

Super easy check in, clean and efficient space, all amenities were as described. Loved the hot tub after a day on the slopes. Would recommend!

Beautiful clean property!!

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest VRBO rental properties we’ve ever been to. The owner was very helpful when we needed to add an extra night stay at the beginning of our trip and everything in the place was new and very clean. The beds were all very comfortable as well. A great place for families or couples or friends. The pool was our only complaint as the first day we were there the hot tub wasn’t hot. But it was hot the next few days.

Nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, helpful owners binder. Patrick was super responsive. Hot tub was fantastic after a day of skiing. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Spring ski trip 2023

The property was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with all you could use or need. The owner left some single snack packages and a bottle of wine, which was nice as after a day of skiing friends came over for a quick dinner and I was able to have wine for them . Although the place was located in Edwards it was very easy to get to all ski areas and the town is very nice.

Amazing Place -- Beautiful

I could not be more happy about our stay. The Condo is beautiful. The place is updated and all appliances are first class. The layout works perfectly. The owners are responsive and pleasant. I really cannot say anything more positive about this place. It completely exceeded expectations. Will stay here again on our next visit.
