This apartment was very much as described and worked out well for my wife and I along with our friend. It is certainly the nicest house on the street as many other homes on this strip are in some disrepair. However, the neighborhood was quiet and we always felt safe. We were also a ten-minute drive from everything we wanted to do in Detroit.

Great stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Property is clean and nicey furnished. Short Uber ride to MGM Grand Casino. Would stay here again.

Nice Clean Stay

We were in town for a concert at the Little Caesar's arena. Location was a quick uber ride away. Place was clean and it was nice to have parking.

Inn Detroit for Tigers game

This rental is perfect for anyone in Detroit for a sports event, concert or visit. Very clean, located close to downtown with easy freeway access. Very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our visit and would use this rental again.

Home away from home

This is one of the best place I’ve ever rented. The property was really a home away from home. Very clean, well decorated; gave you such a nice warm, feeling me and my friends are very impressed with the property. It’s definitely a place I would love to rent again if I’m ever visiting Detroit again.

Michelle’s place is amazing!!!

We had such a great time in Detroit! Michelle’s place is amazing!! Super clean, great location, neighbors are fantastic and Michelle is super responsive. She even arranged to mail my backpack to me after I left it behind!! We’re already planning our next trip!

Perfect Stay NFL Draft

Came into town for the NFL Draft Downtown Detroit. This was just me and I enjoyed the property and how close it was to downtown for the festivities. I rented a car and appreciated having a driveway to park. I did not stay very long and was mostly out and about in on Friday out on Sunday. This was an affordable option versus all the expensive hotels due to the NFL Draft event.

Nice Property in the Heart of Detroit

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway to the city for a game or a visit. Neighbors are nice and the owner is great. She accompdated us with everything. First night the upstairs neighbor was loud as all get out. But other than that we enjoyed the stay. Thank you again for the great accommodations Michelle.

Detroit Visit

Very dark while entering the doorway. Upstairs guest walked the floor almost the entire night. Very clean remodel. The neighborhood is not what I expected.

Nice size and very clean. Close to Belle Island and downtown. Neighborhood was quiet.Would recommend but you will need a car to get around.

The property was nicely renovated but in a rundown neighborhood. The home structure is old, and is evident from the creaking floorboards and slopes in the floor. We found the window in the shower strange & didn't realize it was a duplex until arrival. The upstairs tenants were very loud and in and out at all hours, stomping up and down the stairs. The neighborhood was definitely not quiet, as people were blaring loud music frequently & reving engines. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

Overnight stay

Our overall impression on the property is that the inside of the house was very clean and updated Yard could use some landscaping. Overall the inside was very nice beds were comfortable bathroom was adequate. The neighborhood was a little run down but at night time it was very quiet and we felt safe and secure. It would have been a more restful sleep if we couldn't hear the upstairs tenant walking back-and-forth all the time and there was no coffee.

Clean & Easy

Our visit to Detroit was amazing! We loved the city so much and were thankful to have this clean and newly renovated home to stay at during our visit. The home was clean and felt new, though some of the warmer touches of a home were missing, like a throw blanket to sit under while watching a movie at night. And like other reviewers we also experienced the sounds of someone walking/pacing around in the night with shoes on above us. Be sure to bring ear plugs if you are a lite sleeper. Communication with the host was always timely and we even met some fantastic neighbors. I can't wait to get back to Detroit.
