Välkommen till Gulf Village! Detta komplex med låg täthet ligger på stadens västra sida. Detta komplex är det idealiska familjevänliga läget, precis utanför "liv och rörelse" i hjärtat av Gulf Shores. Den perfekta platsen att koppla av! Du är bara en kort bilresa från allt det roliga som vår lilla stad har att erbjuda som The Hangout, Waterville, The Track och mycket mer! Väl inne, hittar du en hisnande utsikt över Mexikanska golfen och våra berömda vita sandstränder.
Våra två sovrum enhet sover sex bekvämt. Gästrummet har våningssängar tillsammans med en enkelsäng. Befälhavaren erbjuder en queen size-säng, en balkongingång och ett badrum för din integritet. Du hittar också en sovhytt i vardagsrummet för dina extra gäster. Köket är fullt utrustat och det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet. Vi erbjuder också gratis wifi för din användning, så att du inte missar en takt medan du kopplar av på stranden!

Alla reservationer som görs före den 1 oktober för vintersäsongen (januari och februari) kräver minst 60 dagar (två månader). Bokningar som görs som inte uppfyller dessa kriterier kan avbokas av ledningen. Great place!

Great place to stay right on the beach! This was a great place for my family to stay while visiting Gulf Shores for our daughters national softball tournament. The kitchen and amenities in it was nice to be able to cook meals in the condo! We also really loved the easy access to the beach and pools!

Perfect spot

We came here for a baseball tournament- it was the perfect spot to fish, go to the beach, and enjoy the stunning sunsets.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the Gulf Village Condos. We love this area and this is great place for our family to spend time together at the beach!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great for beach vacay!

We enjoyed a trip to Gulf Shores staying at this property. It was perfect for us with a beach view balcony and quick walk to a white sandy beach. We had one day with crystal clear waters and a couple of windier days with bigger waves. The beds and linens were comfortable, and the minor maintenance issues we had were addressed promptly.

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The condo is right on the beach and within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Pool was nice and clean. Great family memories made.

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay at 1027 Gulf Village. The big balcony was nice and a great view to the ocean. The condo was very spacious, nice and clean. Very short walk to the beach. Everything was perfect. Loved our stay there. Thank you.

Last minute get away

One of the older condos in the area, so not as updated as some might like, but that made it fit my budget. It was clean, comfortable and on the beach, and that is what we went for.

Disappointed thought the apartment faced the beach but the side view was ok. But bunk beds need new mattresses but my grandson made it work him.The apartment had all the necessities.

Perfect Girls Trip

We were thrilled with our stay! The condo comfortably slept four adults and three kids from 10-13. All of our rooms and bathrooms were very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Once on the ground floor, we had maybe 15 steps from the elevator to the water, perfect! I would recommend this place over and over again!

Before booking I messaged the host asking if there were any types of air fresheners used as well as fragranced laundry products. Not only did we find air fresheners, there was an extremely strong chemical smell coming from the master bedroom. We weren’t even able to use it!! We also found black mold in the bathroom, a candy bar on the kitchen floor, and other misc things. The location is great, the building not so much. I thought the communication was going to be great, but once we checked in they went radio silent. Extremely, extremely disappointed.

Great loaction to everything!

It was in a great location to everything and the beach wasn't supper crowed in that area.The outdoor shower needed fixed, the elevator was steamy hot, and our condo wasn't as clean as it could have been when we arrived. The carts were amazing to have!

Gulf Shores Vacation 2022

The condo and grounds were very nice. We loved the ocean view. We saw dolphins and sharks from our balcony. We got in the hot tub, inside pool, and played pool as a family. My son enjoyed fishing in different locations almost daily. Gulf shores is our favorite place to vacation.

Perfect

We had a wonderful experience with the property manager. The condo was clean, we didn’t have a far drive to dinners/ activities and we had the choice of going to the pool or the beach. It was wonder. We will be booking again in the future!
