This NEW build in the serenity of White Lily Ranch, in Palisade, Colorado welcomes you with open arms to the wine and fruit country of Colorado. Perfect for bridal parties, couples, and mature families visiting the Grand Valley. Lily of the Valley is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by orchards, wineries, trails, and the action of the Colorado river. You will LOVE what we have to offer.
Our home boasts a clean, fresh style. You'll enjoy magnificent views of orchards and Mount Garfield in a quiet neighborhood tucked away in the most sought after location in the Grand Valley.
Treat yourself and your guests to home cooked meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Including pots/pans, mixing bowls, utensils, barware, coffee maker, pellet ice maker, mixer, instant pot, microwave, etc.
Tucked away is a bonus room with smart TV, sofa, foosball table and views.
Take advantage of the laundry room equipped with an iron.
Enjoy cookouts on the back patio with unparalleled views of Mt. Garfield and the protection of a mature peach orchard. Serenity awaits.
