Detta är ett bra basläger för ett äventyr! Detta charmiga hem har gott om utrymme för att hysa hela din familj och vänner tillsammans med alla bekvämligheter du behöver för en rolig vistelse. Vår trädgård ryggar upp till din egen strand vid stranden av Colorado River - vi har precis avslutat en Pergola vid floden med ett picknickbord och kolgrill. Under sensommarmånaderna är kanoter och kajaker tillgängliga för användning (undantag krävs). Spela "rogue" gräsmatta bocce boll, sitta under blåsan och njut av en picknick, eller bara stargaze.

Vi anser också att en korttidshyra bör vara välutrustad. Förutom vår flotta med 8 cyklar för din användning, tillhandahåller vi också kryddor, olja, vinäger, kaffe, grädde, schampo, lotion, hårtork, strykjärn och strykbräda, dubbeltvätt, brädspel, höghastighetsinternet och en rolig överraskning för dig när du först kommer in. Om detta inte räcker ... måste vi prata! LOL...

Palisade River House ger dig också snabb tillgång till ett överflöd av attraktioner och evenemang i Colorado's Wine and Peach Country - vi är "PÅ" frukt- och vinleden, bara några kvarter från The Rim Trail, The (snart att vara ) Palisade Plunge, och stunder bort på cykel eller fot från älskling centrum av Palisade.

Huset har 5 sovrum och 3 badrum, men staden Palisade känner bara igen de tre sovrummen på övervåningen och de två badrummen på övervåningen som uthyrningsbar plats.

The cutest house and the best location!! Everything was well stocked and so well maintained. The family room is a wonderful gathering space for friends and family with the kitchen and dining area being so open! The rooms and bathrooms were all clean and spacious. We had a group of 8 and we never felt crowded, it was intimate without being on top of each other. We made use of the blackstone and the grill outside, we picked peaches from the adorable orchard on property, we watched bears play on the river in the amazing outdoor space, and we made use of the awesome home theatre! Very communicative and friendly and helpful hosts! HIGHLY recommend this property for a week/weekend in Palisade. We would absolutely rent again!!

We stayed at the River House for our daughters wedding in Palisade, it was the perfect place to relax and gather. Perfect location to access downtown! Would recommend for anyone staying in Pali.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palisade River house over the weekend! The house is cozy and clean. The location is fantastic....both for it's proximity to the river and easy access into town. We enjoyed using the cruiser bikes (bring a pump as we had to inflate some tires) and loved the basement movie room! Such a fun and creative way to use that space! Would love to return to this gem!

Perfect stay for our girl's trip

Well appointed home with plenty of room and large dining table, had everything we needed, owner was promptly responsive to any issue we had. Loved the bikes, river access was beautiful, perfect location to walk into town.

A perfect group vacation!

This property could not have been better for a few couples to spend a fun and relaxing weekend away! The property was beautiful with a big backyard backing up to the river and in a perfect location easily walkable to downtown and biking distance to vineyards. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the lux home theater downstairs! We hope to come back!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palisade River House for our girls weekend! The home is well appointed with more than everything you could possibly need for a getaway. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride to wineries and into town for breakfast and loved relaxing in the yard above the river. We can’t wait to return again!

Great Palisade Stay

Loved spending time at the river house, it was lovely drinking tea by the river in the morning and using the bikes to go explore during the day. The house is so close to downtown and wineries made it very convenient to get around. Highly recommend!
