Detta är ett bra basläger för ett äventyr! Detta charmiga hem har gott om utrymme för att hysa hela din familj och vänner tillsammans med alla bekvämligheter du behöver för en rolig vistelse. Vår trädgård ryggar upp till din egen strand vid stranden av Colorado River - vi har precis avslutat en Pergola vid floden med ett picknickbord och kolgrill. Under sensommarmånaderna är kanoter och kajaker tillgängliga för användning (undantag krävs). Spela "rogue" gräsmatta bocce boll, sitta under blåsan och njut av en picknick, eller bara stargaze.

Vi anser också att en korttidshyra bör vara välutrustad. Förutom vår flotta med 8 cyklar för din användning, tillhandahåller vi också kryddor, olja, vinäger, kaffe, grädde, schampo, lotion, hårtork, strykjärn och strykbräda, dubbeltvätt, brädspel, höghastighetsinternet och en rolig överraskning för dig när du först kommer in. Om detta inte räcker ... måste vi prata! LOL...

Palisade River House ger dig också snabb tillgång till ett överflöd av attraktioner och evenemang i Colorado's Wine and Peach Country - vi är "PÅ" frukt- och vinleden, bara några kvarter från The Rim Trail, The (snart att vara ) Palisade Plunge, och stunder bort på cykel eller fot från älskling centrum av Palisade.

The Best Holiday Stay!

This year we hosted Thanksgiving for our family. We are locals here and in Palisade, but we needed a little more space for our out-of-town family. The Palisade River House was the PERFECT family gathering for Thanksgiving. It had everything we needed and more! Bill and Kristen even left us some Thanksgiving ingredients just in case we forgot anything. It was SO thoughtful of them. We loved having the warmer drawer in the kitchen, it made food prep a breeze. The movie theater kept the teens entertained, and the kid's hideout was perfect for our 3-year-old to play in when we came over. I highly recommend The Palisade River House for your next stay in Palisade at any time of year!

Excellent!

We had an amazing trip. Your house is wonderful; however, we did have a hard time finding the house in the dark. The directions on ----------- maps take you to 349 Troyer Road so we kept bypassing the house. Beyond that we LOVED it. Enjoyed the movie room both nights. We plan to stay again if we can next year. Would love to come sometime during the summer to enjoy the river. HIGHLY recommend.

Girls Trip

We had a fantastic time at the River House! Great location which allowed us to walk to the Trolley for the wine tour. Beautiful views for coffee in the mornings and cocktails in the evening on the river. Enjoyed the riverside for dinner and a fire, and loved the basement movie theater. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Wine Fest 2024

We had such a fabulous time in this beautiful home. They have put so much thought into the extra special touches! From the huge and beautiful charcuterie board in the fridge upon arrival to the small things like having shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in all the bathrooms! We enjoyed the fire pit by the river and watched some football in the theatre room with recliners and blankets for every seat! It was truly a great weekend in Palisade!

Excellent Spot

The properties location was unbeatable. It was exactly as described, and the house was awesome! We were able to pick peaches on the property and they left our group cooled whipped cream to eat them with. So walkable to go into town. The property offered so many different amenities. Would absolutely book again.

Peaches, River and Short Bike to Wineries and Downtown!

Just wonderful stay- comfortable and clean beds- and beautiful river views. The peach trees were completely full of amazing fruit. Couldn't have been happier with the stay! We didn't take full advantage of all the house had to offer (the movie theatre is amazing!!)- but we did borrow the bikes to access downtown and wineries and loved the river access and everything about the house. Thank you!!

Great girls trip!

Seven of us ladies stayed at this property for a girls weekend. We were in love! Lots of outdoor space and on the river, great location with downtown right around the corner but still felt secluded. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were super quick to respond to any inquiries. It was just all around a great stay!

Still a great house

My dad built this house (literally) and I grew up in it. We were so happy to see that it's a place we could stay when we all returned to Palisade for my wedding. We are probably harder to please than most guests but I can report that we all love what the hosts have done with the place. It's clear that they love the place and that they love sharing it with people and I'm certain you will not be disappointed.

Great Palisade Stay

Loved spending time at the river house, it was lovely drinking tea by the river in the morning and using the bikes to go explore during the day. The house is so close to downtown and wineries made it very convenient to get around. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask for more

Not only is this a fantastic home with all the accommodations you have in your own home but so much more. The kitchen has everything you need, the grills outside so like new. The beds are all very comfy and there is so much room for 4 couples and even a few kids. The river is so peaceful and serene. Town is just a quick drive and the peach trees are so beautiful. Hope to go back again someday!

Fantastic Stay!

The Palisade River house was superb! The little touches like the welcome basket and new fire pit were very appreciated. The location is fantastic- we enjoyed the serenity of the backyard by the river while also being so close to town. The rooms were spacious and the communication with our hosts was always very prompt. The house was very clean and we loved the updated kitchen, especially the wine fridge! Highly recommend!

Place and location were ideal for our family and friends.

The place was exactly as described. Very cozy and roomy. The kitchen was fully stocked, and everything needed to cook meals. Even picked peached and made a wonderful peach cobbler. Location is ideal. Host were excellent, very responsive and communicated throughout our stay.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palisade River House for our girls weekend! The home is well appointed with more than everything you could possibly need for a getaway. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride to wineries and into town for breakfast and loved relaxing in the yard above the river. We can’t wait to return again!

Lovely family vacation to TPRH!

Our family of 7 stayed at TPRH and the accommodations were perfect. We loved the theater room and popcorn machine! We used the bikes to cycle to town several times and take a ride along part of the fruit and wine byway. There were plenty of dishes for us to cook all of our meals there and the black stone grill was amazing! The kitchen pantry and bathrooms were nicely stocked and that was much appreciated! The owner also left us a lovely bottle of wine and a box to fill with peaches from their orchard! The river was high so we couldn’t take the canoes out, which we understood. The area by the river would have been nice to hang out together around a fire, but the metal fire pit was rusted and corroded out, so hat area needs a little TLC and doesn’t look like the photos in the listing any more. With all that being said, we would definitely recommend TPRH.

Girls wine weekend

The Palisade River house was an amazing place to stay. The perfect house for a girls weekend and we loved the walking distance to Main Street.
