This is unique space is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. You can be to the beach in 8 min or to Destin in 15 min. Shopping and restaurants are just around the corner. This charming 1-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a fun couples getaway.

This is a charming 1-bedroom basement apartment. Included in the apartment is a full size kitchen with all the appliances and cooking supplies you'll need, as well as a spacious living room for you to relax in. The bedroom includes a queen size bed and a Roku Smart TV for your enjoyment.

You'll have full access to the entire basement apartment as well as the shared laundry room located at the back of main house above.

Please note: The main part of the house is rented separately from the basement apartment.

This is apartment is located in a large spacious home in a residential neighborhood. The home is set back from the street and is located on Beal Pkwy which is a main road in Fort Walton Beach.

You will want to have a car or plan on using Uber/Lyft if you want to enjoy all that Ft. Walton Beach/Destin have to offer.
We have a spacious driveway with spots located in the carport as well as off to the side of the driveway.
