This apartment was built almost 100 years ago and may have the occasional squeak and quirk.
The outdoor and shared spaces are monitored with safety cameras as well as noiseaware monitors to ensure the property is compliant with city quiet hours and noise levels.

Please note as our proximity to downtown and main roads this property has a potential for noise/city sounds.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We are excited to host you as our guest! We have spent many hours getting this former boutique hotel ready for your stay. Although the building is a bit older, Iâm sure youâll see the charm in its unique layout and industrial feel as it was originally designed as a rooming house in 1915 and later served as a boutique hotel until around 2017.

The property is large and has a unique layout, which may make it stand out from other accommodations and add to its character and appeal. We are conveniently located just 5 minutes north of the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach with exciting nightlife and delicious restaurants. We are also located just 10 minutes from the beach, making this a great place to stay!
