Welcome to Villa on Point Brittany 21 in St. Petersburg, the perfect location on the water for your Florida vacation! Soft, white sands and emerald-green waters await you when you stay at Beach Villa on Point Brittany 21.
This first-floor renovated condo gives you easy access to it all as youâre right in front of the huge waterfront pool and a few steps to the water. With two roomy bedrooms and two full bathrooms, Villa on Point Brittany 21 offers beautiful quarters for a family or group of friends.
Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with everything you need or relax in the family room while watching TV on the large wall-mounted TV all while keeping your eyes on the water. You will love having your morning coffee in the two captain chairs on the porch while listening to the birds and watching boats pass by slowly. If you need to check in with work, the free Wi-Fi will keep you connected, and there is a nice desk at the front of the property to work. There is also a one car garage to keep your vehicle, guest parking, custom closets and a new washer and dryer.
The Villa on Point Brittany 21 also features fabulous amenities similar to a resort, including a huge heated pool and spa, community grills and beautiful grounds. Youâll love the beautiful water views. While youâre down at the water, take a walk on the dock and watch the boats coming in and going out to sea or dolphins cavorting in the waves or throw a line in.
The villa is very close to the famous Pass A Grill and St. Petersburg beaches, both known for beautiful clear waters and shelling.
