The property is located opposite a school, which contributes to increased traffic and noise levels. This detail was not disclosed in the listing. The grounds were extensively overgrown with weeds across the patio and surrounding areas. The hot tub was deemed unsafe for use due to being only partially filled, lacking headrests, exhibiting worn acrylic surfaces, leaking, and featuring a cover with rips and black mold. Cinder blocks were utilized as steps, and additional cinder blocks and pavers were scattered throughout the property, creating safety hazards and an unsightly appearance. The pool was missing its sunshade cover. The kitchen window shade was broken. The window in the middle bedroom was cracked and temporarily secured with a wooden stick; it lacked locks and could not be opened in case of an emergency. The handheld shower in the main bedroom was broken, whereas the overhead sprayer functioned but delivered only cold water. The thermostat was set in the high seventies and was non-adjustable, resulting in an excessively warm indoor temperature. The living room features a skylight without a cover, which increased indoor heat. Despite using a box fan for cooling, the interior temperature remained in the upper seventies even when the thermostat was set to sixty degrees. The garage was in poor condition, with peeling paint. The washing machine's cycle sounds were abnormal. There were additional issues; however, space constraints prevented further description.
