Wonderful property & host!

In town for a nearby wedding, our group can’t say enough about our experience at Mary-Anne’s home in Southampton. The property was clean, the pool was glorious, and our host was welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing!! 10/10!

Mary Anne was so wonderful and so was her home. The photos don’t do it justice. We went with a group of 9 girls to work out there and she had the perfect space for it. The first floor has two living room areas connected by the open kitchen. Everyone had a place to work. Additionally, her backyard had a great set up as well. Mary Anne was quick to respond to all of our text messages with questions. If you’re looking for a home to stay at in Water Mill with a group, this is it!

Incredible Family Vaca

My family and I just got home from a week long stay at Mary-Anne’s beautiful home! After a poor experience with a different rental platform and a cancelled house, Mary-Anne and her home were the perfect alternative. She was communicative from the very start months ago, was present at check in and available all week to answer any questions. The house is beautiful and she made sure to have baby gates for the little one as well as a pack and play. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this house, the host, location etc.

Wonderful place to getaway!

Lovely, spacious house with everything you need for a beautiful, relaxing stay in the Hamptons. The house and property were meticulously clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a family vacation. We loved the pool, lovely gardens and calming vibe of the house. It was a super short drive into town and to nearby beaches. We didn't want to leave!! Highly recommend!

10/10 AMAZING!!

Our stay at this house was nothing short of incredible! I came with my friends for a bachelorette party and it was the PERFECT house for a large group. The house was spotless, the pool was amazing, and the location cannot be beat. Besides all of those things, Mary-Anne was so kind and accommodating! We arrived before check in and she helped our group get to the winery by shuttling groups of us in her own car!!! I mean - you just do not meet people like that anymore! I am jealous of anyone lucky enough to be staying at this house in the future!!

Best Rental Experience Ever!

My friends and I just got home from a girls' weekend at this stunningly beautiful home. There were 8 of us, all newly 30, and we were in town celebrating some of our birthdays. This was, hands down, the best rental experience all of us have ever had--not only because the house itself is amazing, but also because of the owner, Mary-Ann. We all arrived much earlier than the scheduled check-in time and Mary-Ann was incredibly accommodating, let us in early, and showed us around. She is absolutely lovely and so kind. Leading up to the trip, she took time to call me and talk through instructions, as well as share helpful tips about the area and recommend fun places to us that we would enjoy. The property itself was absolutely perfect--spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, a huge table where we could all gather, and an enormous, fully-furnished kitchen area where we could all hang out, cook, and spend time as a group together, without getting in each other's way. Not to mention, the outdoor area was BEAUTIFUL. The landscaping and flowers looked straight out of a magazine and the pool was so gorgeous. We loved hanging out on the patio, grilling, and lounging in the pool chairs. Every aspect of the house was so clean and perfect. She had absolutely anything and everything we could ever want or need, and it made for a very stress-free relaxing time together. Best house, best owner, best experience--we miss it already! I want to take a second to add an extra note about Mary-Ann and the kindness she showed our group. One of our friends traveling from Ohio had a ton of flight trouble (both ways--poor thing). Her return flight got cancelled and she was stuck trying to figure out how to get home. We had all left town in the morning, and she was just leaving the house at checkout time at noon when Mary-Ann came to get the house in order and connect with the cleaning crew. Our friend explained the situation, and Mary-Ann was so kind to her and said she could stay as long as she needed to till she figured out her flight. When our friend realized she'd have to take a flight out of LGA, Mary-Ann was so unbelievably kind and drove her into the city almost all the way to the airport. Mary-Ann was so sweet, went the extra mile, and made our friend (who was very stressed out) feel welcome and taken care of. People like that are few and far between these days, and we are so thankful for her help and to just get to meet her. 10/10 recommend this home and Mary-Ann! :)

All Around 5 Stars!

MaryAnne was an absolutely amazing and helpful host. The house is beyond wonderful and the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was extremely clean with large bedrooms. The pool was definitely my favorite part and it gets amazing sun all day! Would recommend and stay over and over again. Thank you so much MaryAnne for an amazing place to call home for the long weekend.

Amazing stay!!! Perfect house for my 30th with my best friends!!

At the very outset I'd just like to say Mary Anne is such a wonderful and kind host! The weeks leading up to my stay and even after she's been nothing short of awesome! Super informative and patient, reachable for all our questions and very flexible. The house was perfect for our group of 7, very clean and the kitchen and family room were so cozy and warm!! We spent so much time there relaxing cooking and enjoying the pool views. The master suite is beautiful especially the bathroom! Love the waterfall shower!! Plenty of towels and supplies all over the house. We even got a chance to grill and enjoyed some great BBQ and drinks out on the patio. Mary Anne was thoughtful enough to recommend the duckwalk vineyard nearby which we ended up checking out on Saturday and loved it. Wonderful space low key and very chill vibes. All in all a wonderful stay and like I've mentioned wad perfect for my group and were already making plans for a return trip!!! 10/10 would recommend this stay.

Fabulous experience at Mary-Anne and Peter’s

Mary-Anne and Peter were wonderful hosts. They coordinated with us well before check-in and were able to provide us with a detailed list of everything available to us in the house (pots, pans, bedding, towels, outdoor grill etc). Even during the trip they were very communicative and we did not have any issues. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Amazing house, location and owner!

We just got back from a 4 day weekend at Mary-Anne's house, and it was sooo wonderful. We had 6 adults and 4 kids, and it was the perfect house for us. The house looks nice in pictures but is actually even nicer in person. The kitchen is beautiful and all the bedrooms are really large. The location is great as it is a short distance to Southampton, Coopers Beach and there is a cute farmstand/playground right down the street that the kids loved. The house is also extremely kid friendly (gated deck leading to pool, gate on indoor stairs, gated front yard). Mary-Anne is so responsive and was always available to answer any questions. Definitely want to rent again next summer but for longer!

Fabulous home!

This entire house was amazing! The rooms were large and very open. Each of the main rooms were utilized throughout the weekend (family room, sunroom, and kitchen) and fit our group perfectly. The pool the is very large and the chairs to lay out on are fabulous. Its very close to wineries, the downtown shopping area, and lovely restaurants. The house is very secluded and you feel very safe in the area!! While the pictures online are great, the house in person is truly even better. My sister told me it was the best weekend of her life and a large part of this is the beautiful house, location, and kindness of Mary-Anne.

Fantastic is so many ways!

My friends and I wanted a nice relaxing girlfriends weekend in the Hamptons for Memorial Day weekend. After finding the house and connecting with Mary-Anne, we both agreed it would be a great fit. Mary-Anne is the sweetest woman, my friends were driving down from CT and I was taking trains from Philadelphia, she offered to pick me up at Southampton station! I was so grateful and it was so nice to meet her on arrival. On our drive to the house she gave me a mini tour and suggestions for places to check out. When we arrived to the house, I was so impressed!! The current pictures are nice, but wait until you walk in, the place is stunning. The open layout of the first floor made it great to hang out in the kitchen and living room at the same time. We also loved laying by the pool and having coffee outside on the deck in the morning. The location is perfect, not too far from Southampton village (with great shopping and restaurants!), Duck and Wolford vineyards are nearby, and the house location itself is very private. We loved everything about this house and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful weekend in the Hamptons. Thank you again Mary-Anne, we will never forget this special trip. :)

Great Home!

I rented this house for a weekend in September to attend a friends wedding. We had 8 people and couldn't have been happier with the house! Mary- Anne was out of the country but was quick to respond. When I first arrived the master bathroom door was locked, when I reach out to Mary-Anne she responded immediately and said it happened by accident and had someone come out to the house to unlock it within the hour!!! The kicthen was enormous. I felt like I was at home! I love this house and would rent it again!

Great Vacation Home

Rented this home for the weekend for family to attend my daughters wedding reception after her marriage in March in St. Martin. The house was perfect -- located only a mile from where all the celebrations were held. The open floor plan made it easy to accommodate the 10 of us. We did not get to meet Mary-Anne but any questions were quickly answered by phone or text.

Great family home

Just rented this for the Thanksgiving week and had a fabulous time. Great kitchen and entertaining area plus having 2 living areas was perfect for the kids. As the other reviews mentioned, the location is fantastic, easy to get to everywhere. Mary-Anne was easily contactable and whatever we needed was only a phone call away. Thanks for a great time!

Fantastic Vacation Home

We had a wonderful two weeks at Mary-Anne's home in Southampton. It was absolutely as advertised and then some. The house is beautiful, clean, new and extremely well kept. Everything worked flawlessly, its centrally located so that you can go east and west from Westhampton out to Montauk. The beach is easy 10 minute drive tops. The 5 bedrooms and plentiful living space make it a house to have company and to enjoy the quiet and the fun part of the Hamptons. To top it off we did a lot of homework on where to stay and each review said Mary-Anne was a pleasure to deal with. They couldn't be more right. Always responsive, wonderful to work with and super nice (she even met us at the house on the day we arrived). I would highly recommend anyone looking for an awesome vacation out in the Hamptons to rent this house (just don't do it when I do next year!)

Truly a Gem!

We had an incredible experience from teh booking process to our stay at this house! The owner, Mary-Anne, was both helpful and accomodating along every step of the process and she went out of her way to make sure everything was nearly seamless. The property is beautiful and impeccably kept, the bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms plenty which makes it a comfortable living space for a big group. Pool is great, the backyard gets lots of sunshine, and the kitchen & deck have plenty of seating for dining at home. The house was also just a short drive to the center of town and to Coopers beach. Overall, we had an excellent experience at the house and in working with Mary-Anne, and would 100% come back to this house for our next visit. Thanks for a great stay!!!

My family of 9 adults and 2 kids stayed at this great , impeccable apartment in Southampton for 3 nights as part of our 40th year wedding anniversary celeb. And we could not have chosen a more suitable accommodation.The facilities provided were exactly what we required and the greatest plus factor was the space. The kitchen and utensils was tailor-made for our family! There was more than ample beds and the family/lounge areas was more than sufficient and truly homey. It was such a shame though that we were unable to use the swimming pool as it was cold for the duration . And the hosts had it cleaned and treated ready for a dip. A big letdown for the 2 little bubs..and the adults too who packed in swimming costumes all the way from Sydney. Finally thanks heaps to Maryanne who facilitated that momentous stay in the magnificent Hamptons. I have no hesitation in letting some Sydneysiders know. Cheers

Great relaxing weekend with the girls

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely -the pictures don't make it justice. Mary-Anne was extremely responsive and the house was in impeccable condition when we arrived. The location is great, it is a quiet area but I would recommend having a car to go to the town/beach.

Great Family Vacation

This was a great place for all of my family, including my mom, children and grandchildren to gather for a week. House is really nice, nicely furnished and well maintained. The open floor plan worked very well for all of us. We went to Cooper's Beach twice and it was wonderful. The owner is very nice and accommodating.

Great spot in the Hamptons

I have come to the Hamptons for work on multiple occasions and struggled to find a comfortable place to stay. This house was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The area was quite and peaceful. Great kitchen and bedrooms with plenty of space for families to relax. Appreciate the owner making it very easy to pay, arrive and depart. She was on top of everything and it made the stay incredible. Would recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Southampton in the future.

When we travel we love to stay in people's homes that are well kept. I, in turn, pride myself on making sure everything is immaculate for my guests!

I have always loved this area! The beaches and landscape are ever changing and beautiful and peaceful. It takes no time at all after we arrive to feel refreshed. Our children love the many activities that are on offer and of course cannot get enough of the days filled with sun, sand and sea!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

While here we spend our days lounging at our pool and enjoying the peace and tranquility of this very quiet area. The children also spend a lot of time at Agawam Park, beautifully situated on very picturesque Agawam Pond. (The park has just been renovated and has really fun equipment for the children) Our children also love the many beaches that we have access to, Cooper's Beach, (which was just voted #1 in the U.S.) Flying Point Beach, and The Cut, which the little one's really enjoy because they can play in the bay or the ocean. Catch crabs, build sand castles or boogie board!
