This amazing home is close to tons of outdoor adventures; with Sand Hollow, local petroglyphs, and Quail Creek Reservoir being a quick 15-minute drive away. This newly built 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home can comfortably sleep 10 guests. Red Rock Retreat at Escondido is the perfect home if you are looking for outdoor activities such as hiking in the desert landscape or in our National Parks, viewing the local petroglyphs, swimming at the reservoir or recreation center pool, and golfing at one of the many courses within close driving distance. This home also provides the chance to have a movie night with the family on one of the many Smart TVs included in the home, play ping pong or a game on the Nintendo Switch, or end the night with the cozy outdoor fire pit waiting for you when you get home to enjoy a night under the stars!

Perfect place for a family vaca! Pool is amazing!!!

This home was perfect for my family of 5. We enjoyed the pool, all of the amenities, and everything pictured looks exactly like it is. Everything worked great except the local channels dont work. We did get it to hook up but it said they were not subscribed to the service. We also had grear communication with the host with all of our concerns or questions. If you want to play the nintendo switch you do need to bring your own games as there are none at the property. We did use the washer and dryer and they worked perfectly. Also the oven and stove were great especially with a family. We love to get places with kitchens to save money on eating out. We highly recommend this property and we will be booking with them again in the future.

Been coming for years and will continue!

We look forward to this trip every year for spring break and will continue to come! The property is so clean and amazing! Close to everything. Our kids love the pool and slide. Owners are quick to respond. Love this place and look forward to next year!!

Great getaway

Property had a lot of great amenities, but we didn’t take advantage of most of it. Garage has no driveway but there are ample parking spots around the property including room for a trailer

Great stay

We loved our stay. Townhouse was clean, updated, and well kept. The extra supplies (paper towels, plates, utensils, groceries) were a nice touch. We’ve never stayed anywhere with those supplies before . We’d love to stay here again.

Fun house and community

The house was clean, the ping pong table and Foosball were a huge hit. The kids loves playing at the pool and pickleball and it's really close to some mountain biking trails. Unfortunately the queen and king beds were quite uncomfortable. Like sink down into the bed and form a nest for the night. We had a great time, but we were happy to come back to our own beds.

Great wintertime stay

We came with our kids and had a great stay. The kids loved swimming even though it was 40 degrees outside. The pool is heated enough that you can manage intermediate swims in between hot tub pit stops. Location was good, close to the freeway.

Great pool and slide!

We loved the pool, lazy river, pickle ball and slide! The condo was clean and lovely! It had lots of dishes and cups which was awesome! The only issues were very spotty wifi. It was down most of the time we were there and we alerted management but the issue was not resolved. Also the king and queen beds have a pillow top attached to the mattress and were so soft that it made our backs ache. The bunk beds had more firm mattresses and were comfortable. It really was a great place!

Great place for summer fun

We had a group of adults and older teens. The set up was perfect, everyone enjoyed the pickleball courts and the swimming pool each day. It was only a 1 hour drive to Zion national Park. We will definitely stay again!

We had such a great time! The pool was incredible, that is all my kids wanted to do! House was clean and just enough space for us all. Location is close to everywhere we wanted to go. We will be back again!!

Super comfortable beds and perfect for a large gathering

I hosted a retreat at this location and was able to fit 12 people at 2 tables comfortably in the downstairs space. It was perfect! Very clean and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. Will definitely come back!

I had the best time staying in this condo. It was a perfect experience and I'm so glad that I stayed there. Everything was there that I needed and the place is set up perfectly. The beds were comfy and comfy the design of the condo was so cute. I would love to go back again and stay there!

Clean, Comfortable, & Fun

I have stayed in quite a few different locations in the St. George area and this was my favorite. The location is far enough away that it's quiet, but close enough that getting places is quick and easy. I loved how comfortable, classy, & modern this place was with the decorations & style. I also especially loved how fresh and clean it was throughout the place. This is such a fun and great place to stay!

Family friendly home

This home was awesome to stay at! The condo was super family friendly for my 3 kids for a baseball tournament. It was easy in and easy out from the freeway to get to games. It was nice to have extra bathrooms for showers and access to laundry in the condo to wash uniforms. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and organized. We for sure will be staying there in the future!

Beautiful place, perfect location!

Our family stayed here during the St. George marathon and loved it!! It's close to literally everything but also feels so secluded and peaceful! The layout is great, my little kids loved the bunk room! We were so happy with it and would definitely recommend!

Great inviting space

This is one of our favorite houses to stay in. It is clean, and inviting. Safe neighborhood. Plenty of room for everyone and the beds are incredible. You will sleep better than you do at home.

Golf get away

All in all was fairly convenient for what we did. Was a quiet place and enjoyed the patio area at night. Only issue was running the TVs and trying to find local channels. Maybe a step by step would help. All in all would rent again

Good, but bad wifi

Clean, new and very comfortable. Only downside was no working Wi-Fi. We tried to resolve but it never worked, TVs couldn’t even connect. Very disappointing, as we were there for soccer tournaments and kids needed rest and downtime. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay with comfortable beds, great layout, fantastic location close to interstate.
