Vi är belägna på en punkt med mycket vatten och över 400 fötter vatten. Ta med din båt! Vi har en hundra fot pir och båtbrygga. Nytt, vi har just installerat en ny båtramp. Nu kan du lunch din båt här på fastigheten. Vi är på en tunnland mycket så det finns gott om utrymme för parkering av båtsläp och bilar. Detta rökfria hem har ett vackert dekorerat höl i nautisk inredning. Det stora sovrummet har en sittgrupp och ett privat badrum med duschkabin och romersk badkar. Köket är fullt utrustat. Har också en matplats. De andra två sovrummen delar det andra badrummet som är ett badrum med dusch över badkaret. Det finns ett picknickområde nere vid vattnet med bord och grill. Det finns också ett lägereldområde vid vattnet. Detta är ett bra ställe att semester så kom på och gå med på kul. Perfekt för familjegrupper, affärsreserter, turneringsfiskare, University of South Carolina (USC) fotbollshelger och The Masters (Endast en och en halv timme bort).

Fishing Tournament

Loved the property! Location right on the water with its own ramp makes a world of difference. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. Talking with Mick was a pleasure. Definitely will use again.

This property was the perfect location for what we wanted. We went to enjoy the fireworks on the lake. It was only about a 10 min boat ride to where we normally anchor out.

The Place to Stay

Perfect out of the way place to stay. There is a boat landing on the property and you want have to go searching for a place to launch your boat or watercraft. Ideal location on the lake.

Great place on the lake!

We enjoyed our weekend very much. The house was very clean, spacious and had all the cooking pots and utensils that we needed. We will stay here again. The ramp on the property was great.

Good place for fishing excursion

Didn’t spend much time in the mobile home, which was the plan since we were there to fish. Would be nice to have some updates done to the place. Recommend bringing your own towels and soap. Very nice host.

Waste of time and money

We showed up to find a rude owner who lived on the property refusing to rent to us. Even after VRBO confirmed our paid reservation. He was rude and threatening to us to get off his property and he would not allow us inside the rental; we drove 3 hours for nothing. Then VRBO is still not returning our money to us. It has been a horrible experience and usually we always travel using VRBO but the response on giving us our money back has been exhausting.

Fishing Getaway Weekend

My sons and I stayed here to have some father & sons fishing time. This was a perfect property for us. It's a single-wide trailer, but had just enough space for us. It is not fancy, but was clean and everything is was functional. Mick was available any time we needed anything- he was awesome! A couple of notes that I don't recall seeing on the listing that may be important to you. There is a nice fire ring about 20 yds from the water that is perfect if you want to have a little bon fire and do some cat fishing in the evening. There are some chairs on the small deck in the front, but you may want to bring some lawn chairs for around the fire pit. The dock is perfect if you plan to bring your boat - I have a deck boat and it was the perfect size. There is also a light and power on the dock if you need to charge batteries in the evenings, etc. The water was low when we went, so we were unable to use the boat ramp on the property - we tried, but the slope was too gradual for our vehicle/trailer combo. It wasn't a problem of course, as there are many public ramps on Lake Murry! We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Mick!

Absolutely The Worst Accommodations I Have Ever Experienced

How this property ever received any positive reviews in the past is beyond me. First thing we noticed was the severe bug infestation, especially on the kitchen countertops, sink, drawers, floors, cabinets, etc. All utensils, glasses and dishware had to be cleaned BEFORE and after using. All food items had to be stored in airtight containers. The place was literally crawling! Next was the complete lack of wifi service. When the owner was told of this, he suggested we stand closer to his next door home or see if we could pick up the signal from his next door neighbor (who had his router on a secured network). No wifi whatsoever..... The entire place was in a complete state of disrepair and neglect (and dirty!), inside and out. Gaping holes in drywall, walls severely marked and scuffed, window shades broken, paint peeling, window(s) could not be completely shut. Even the coffee maker had a cracked glassware pot that could not be used. Several light fixtures/lamps were inoperable or without bulbs. The air conditioner filter (which apparently had not been changed for quite some time) was so filthy that we took it upon ourselves to replace it. The air unit could not cool to set temperature, except in the evening when the outside temperature cooled down. I have numerous pictures to prove whatever I have stated above. Would also like to add that we picked up after our dogs as instructed, however the neighbors unleashed pooches had free reign of this property and left their droppings there randomly. It was such a shame since this property has such a nice waterfront location on a beautiful lake, it's just unfortunate it has obviously been severely neglected, and not just recently, but apparently for a long time. And when I selected this property on VRBO, I took into consideration all the positive reviews......obviously I should have taken them with a grain of salt! Never again.....

What a great gem..

We are so glad to have found this location. It was perfect for us complete with the boat launc. We had no need to take our boat out of the water until it was time to leave. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We will be back again in the future.

We had a great stay. The place felt like home and was a great place to spend the holidays with my family. We had know issues at all with anything while we stayed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful views of the lake

We enjoyed our stay altogether. Beautiful lot with plenty of space and beautiful views. Very happy we were able to bring our dog with us. There were 3 adults, two teens, and a three yr old. We also used the onsite boat launch for our 16ft boat. The kitchen fully stocked with what you would need except storage containers. The owner friendly and very responsive to my emails prior to visit. The neighbor Dale was very nice and shared his wood for the firepit. Overall, we enjoyed our company and the time spent on the lake. However, I feel the need to mention the cons as well. Many fixes needed at this rental. Upon entering the door handle was falling off, we adjusted it. The walls full of holes, blinds broken on several windows, drier just squeaks when in use, the refrigerator leaks onto floor mat, there was dog hair on sheets in master bedroom, human hair in second tub, roaches on rug in second and third bedroom, garbage under couch which when reclined is all broken both recliner and couch. The dock is in need of repair, boards rotting and sticking up. The wifi is spotty but when unplugged several times we were able to connect. Overall, a few small repairs would make this place shine.
