This condo sits on the garden level of the Desert Breeze Villas, the grounds of which include an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sundeck, a grilling and picnic area, and a fitness center. In this spot on Indian School Road in Glendale, you'll be 13 miles west of downtown Phoenix with easy access to the 101 and 10 freeways.

Begin each morning with a fresh mug of coffee outside on your shaded patio. There's even a bistro table outside if you're in the mood for an alfresco breakfast.

Inside, the condo centers around the open living room, where you'll find soft sofas, a cable TV with streaming capability, and a Blu-ray player for movie nights. Prepare homemade meals in the well-appointed kitchen, sit down to enjoy them at the dining room table for six (with a high chair as well), and toss the day's laundry in the washer/dryer before heading off to bed. Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own TV, bathroom, and doors that lead to the patio.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
