Summary:
This beautifully designed townhouse will provide everything you need to create wonderful memories with your family. There is a private pool and BBQ in the patio, large screen tv's and Star Wars and Disney theme rooms as well as games in the garage. The resort amenities including the pool, game room, bar and kids playgrounds will also contribute to your memorable experience! This magical place is also ideally located close to all the main parks and attraction !!!
The Space:
The house has been carefully curated to the highest standards to ensure you and your family a wonderful experience
On the first level you will find a wide open concept room with the fully equipped kitchen and its oversized island, the living room and its large screen TV and the dining area with comfortable chairs. This room opens to the patio where you will enjoy your private pool as well as a BBQ, fun outdoor games and furniture to eat and relax. This level also has a bedroom and bathroom by the entrance.
The second level has a foyer with a sofa and a large TV. Four bedrooms are located on this floor as well as the washer and dryer.
There are two master suites. One with a king size bed and the other with a queen. There are also two themed room, each with a TV, for the kids to enjoy.
In terms of amenities, you will find a pack and play, a high chair and strollers for the kids.
There is Free wifi high-speed internet access
We also provide linens and towels as well as a starter kits for soap, trash bags and toilet paper
Guest Access:
You will be able to enjoy the whole property and the amenities of the community such as pools, tennis and volleyball courts as well as kids dedicated playgrounds. The access to the resort is through the guarded booth (no pass required) and you will receive a code and check in instructions two days before check in to enter the house.
The Neighborhood:
Windsor at Westside Resort, is one of the most popular resort communities in the Orlando/Kissimmee area, featuring an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse, lake & pier, resort-style pool complete with a waterslide, lazy river, and Kidsâ water playground. The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness center, volleyball courts, and video arcade. The ideal location offers easy access to the Disney and other theme parks. Also, close by are many dining and shopping options.
