Heated 8' x 15' Swim Spa and Hot Tub (Watch TV from the hot tub) are available year round. Pool is seasonal. Texas Longhorns! Arcade games, Sauna, Hot Tub, Pickleball, Poker Room, Playground, Shuffleboard, Covered BBQ area, 2 grills, Cornhole, Ping Pong, Darts, Foosball, 8' Pool Table, Xbox One, Playstation 4, 8 Smart TV's, some of the TV's have 20,000 plus games on them. Optional Cottage (w/ bathroom, Coffee bar, & TV) for groups of 10 or more. 15 miles to Stockyards. 1/2 mile to Stoney Ridge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



The Space:

The 8 x 15 swim spa and hot tub are both heated, but the swimming pool is not. Pool opens May 1.



Relax with the whole family at this private & peaceful 5 Acre Gated Texas Ranch! This home is out in the country, so you might encounter insects, venomous snakes, wild animals, and poison ivy.



There are 5 bedrooms, 2 with Kings and 3 with Queens, and there are also 2 roll around twin beds that you can put where ever you would like. This includes the Cottage. There is also a twin bed, that converts into a chair in the Cottage. The bedrooms with the king beds both have an en-suite.



Just added a third AC unit to the game room. We have a 3000 gallon water storage tank on a well with limited production. We have never had anyone run out of water unless they do something that is not intelligent (waste huge amounts of water)!



We do have Longhorns on the property now and then. A ranch hand will be to feed them, sometimes daily.

Guest Access:

You can access the house and game room. There are barns, sheds, and a loafing shed that are not accesible. We do occasionally keep long horn steer on the property. There are many pens. We ask that you stay out of these pens, if the Longhorns are there.

We are about 15 miles to the stockyards.
