Villa Koukouvayia Farms can easily host 17 adults and up to 25 members of a larger family gathering. The estate boasts three private, fully equipped homes: the 3-story Main House; the 2-story Guest House; and the 3.5-bedroom Garden Suite which looks directly out into the adjacent olive groves. The three residences are socially linked with a large central terrace surrounding a deep plunging pool & charming waterfall. The estate is a perfect place to lodge & host a destination wedding, family reunion, or purpose-driven retreat where balancing community & privacy in the midst of Crete’s beauty will form the heart of any event’s success.

Secondly, Villa Koukouvayia’s flexible system of custom, high-quality cabinet-beds allows a variety of bedroom configurations to serve a variety of groups, from multi-family gatherings & reunions where the younger generations can be easily lodged albergue style in single beds, to adult programs where participants are more likely to want more privacy. A good rule of thumb is that the estate can comfortably lodge an all-adult group up to 17, and a family gathering up to 25. And remember that in this and other regards, infants under 2 at time of arrival don’t count toward capacity maximums, etc.

The estate’s flexible accommodations also demand flexible pricing to ensure small parties enjoy economical rentals and larger parties limit costs only to the degree the estate’s larger capacities are employed. We accomplish this by charging a low base-rate that assumes a party up to 16, and then allow groups with guests beyond that number to add capacity up to the estate’s maximum of 25, via a supplement of €10 per/person per/night.

Finally, although VRBO’s limited hosting pull-downs don’t allow us to us to incorporate these into your price as you book on this platform, we do offer discounts for bookings of 14 and 56 days, additional to 28-day discount VRBO does allow us to share.
