Located 30 minutes to Key West or 20 minutes to Marathon by car! There is fish cleaning station, and a corner step down for swimming or kayak launching into the deep, flow-through canal, this property is a water enthusiast's dream! All I wanted

The property is excellent for any type of multi person stay. Our adult children and one adult grandchild and one 10 year old grandchild visited during the month at different times. The casita was great for the visitors because they didn't disturb us and we didn't disturb them. The pool was perfect for the 10 year old and she swam every day of her 7 day stay in the first of January.

We had such an amazing time at this place! We have been going to the keys every year since our son was born and this was our favorite place! The house was immaculate, all appliances and furniture are newer, and the location was perfect for fishing and snorkeling in either the Atlantic or Gulf side. The Host, Morgan was more than accommodating, offering advice on the closest ramp, store, etc.. I always got a quick response when sending a request or question! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Perfect property if you are looking for a 1 level home, lots of dockage, pool, and quick access to the Atlantic with no bridges to go under! 30 minutes to key west and 20 minutes to marathon.
