Ett lugnt läge som ligger nära allt. Njut av en romantisk resa, familjesemester eller tid med vänner på denna vackra lägenhet belägen i den bästa delen av Lake Tahoe, Incline Village. En kort bilresa från Reno International Airport, vi är en 5 minuters promenad till sjön, Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa och Casino, fantastiska restauranger, skidåkning, vandring, shopping och en mängd säsongsaktiviteter! Med gratis pendeltrafik från Hyatt kan du ta en kort åktur (1,8 mil) upp till Diamond Peak för en rolig dag med skidåkning eller snowboard. Andra fantastiska skidorter ligger bara några minuter från dörren: bara 20 minuter till Heavenly och 45 minuter till Squaw Valley.

Som våra gäster har du tillgång till världsberömda golfbanor och rekreationscentret Incline Village, som inkluderar tennisbanor, basketplaner, fitnessutrustning och en pool i olympisk storlek. Det finns två master sviter, en med en vacker king-size, rustik timmarsäng, platt-TV och ipod högtalar docka med en lyxig ångdusch i badrummet. Den andra rymliga, men mysiga sviten har en rustik tvillingstorlek över tvåstorleken våningssäng och en dubbelsäng med jacuzzi-badkar / dusch i badrummet.

Hyatt

We attended a conference at the Hyatt and this condo is a short 5 minute walk across the street. The layout was great and we appreciated that it’s basically 2 master bedrooms. We had everything we needed during our stay and Mimi was great and quick to respond when we had a question.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Location was great. Came into town for a wedding across the street at the Hyatt. Proximity to the lake was awesome! The condo was clean and comfortable! Would stay again if we went back.

Excellent Location

There was plenty of room and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the wifi in the unit was quite spotty. The photos make it look better than it feels, but it is quite functional.

Dated condo

Very nice condo. Some suggestions: the listing shows three full baths, not two and a half baths; the water heater needs attention - it rumbled day and night; there was no Kleenex or ice trays in the house; and we thought the little coffee cups were too small for those who like coffee in the morning. We bought two coffee mugs and left them behind for future guests. You might buy two more.

Great place to stay

Great weekend with 5 girlfriends. Plenty of room, great location. Some of the lights were either out or we couldn’t figure them out and internet was a little hard to connect to but besides that, everything was great!

Friends getaway

Had the best time in Lake Tahoe and enjoyed the property. It was a great location, close to stores/shops. The only downfall was the living room didnt offer enough seating for everyone to comfortably relax.

Perfect stay

This property was exactly as described and a great stay for me and my husband and our snowboarding 15 year old. Close to everything! We drove to Northstar for a day of boarding and then walked across the street to the Hyatt in the evening for some adult time. We will be back!

50th Birthday Event

2 of my close friends were enjoying their 50th bday weekend, along with 35 of their closest friends. Many were at the Hyatt, but we wanted some more privacy. This was an amazing and beautiful location, not to mention perfect setting! A few very nit-picky details - the hole in the ceiling, the watered down hand soap, etc., but overall a wonderful location in paradise! I recommended to several friends already.

One of the best in Incline Village

Very clean. Very spacious bed room and family area. Beds and sofa are very comfortable. Location is great. We are surprised to find that it has Jacuzzi and sauna. The overall stay was enjoyable. We have been stayed in Incline village many times. This condo is the best in overall.

Great Location

We absolutely love staying in the unit. We have IVGID cards so we can walk to the beaches and use the ramp for boating at Ski Beach. If you do not have cards there is so much to do in the area too. Ride bikes or drive down to San Harbor for the day.

Destination wedding weekend

Short stay of 2 nights for a wedding at Hyatt resort. It was perfect location, right across the street. The unit had everything we needed including a steamer for the guys suits. Had never experienced in floor heating(which we loved) and Mimi called as soon as I texted with questions.

Great location, comfortable lodging.

Place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location directly across from the Hyatt. Several restaurants, sandwich shop and bakery steps away. Mimi who oversees the property was quickly responsive to questions. We even had a mix up on exit day (my fault) but Mimi was quick to help. My only complaint is that the development owners voted to not let renters have access to the lake. Only owners are allowed. A real disappointment.
