Not a 2/2, is a 2/1 - but good little getaway overall

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Location is great and the neighborhood is clean, safe and fun. Pools and beach access are great. Pool cafe so fun and featured very kind staff. MATTRESSES ARE AMAZING, but the pillows look and smell about 20 years old. Kitchen appliances are awesome, we made every meal there, but the pots and pans need upgrading (old scratched up cookware). There are no wine glasses. The golf cart is a must have and was VERY convenient and enjoyable, even though were consistently worried about the fuel level because it does not show on the vehicle and a gas gan was not provided. We did have to do a little cleaning in the kitchen area prior to use (washed all dishes before using because there were roach pills in the drawers and cabinets). The roof leaked into the living room during a rainstorm...BUT...overall, it is a super cute and well maintained property and the local neighbors are very kind. I recommend the owner/management allot enough linens and supplies ACCORDING to the amount of days being purchased. For example, our stay was 4 or 5 days, but we received ONE trash bag and ONE towel each. A couple purchasing one or two nights night would have received the same amount. Our return on investment in this vacation home was less than what we expected overall, but it is a nice property. We would stay at Venture Out again, but most likely rent another one of the houses.
