Beautiful cabin on the caddo river

The cabin was beautiful inside and out. Two bedrooms two bath was awesome for two couples. large living area with a great porch. The beds were comfortable. The cabin was clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Fun stay with many activities

Place is in a safe area with a lake and a river to do actives in. Great central location to Hot Springs and Diamond prospecting. Place was great to overlook people floating down the river.

Peaceful Cabin Retreat

The cabin was just what we were expecting. Right on the river, peaceful, and cozy. Added bonus, pet friendly. Owners were responsive to requests and very friendly.

Perfect location

We loved everything about this cabin, plenty of room for the kids to play we brought chairs down to the river to hangout and relax, also if you forgot anything you’re super close to town that has anything you can think of! We will definitely be back!

The Wilderness

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very nice, and it is right on the Caddo River. It was absolutely beautiful. We spent most of our time playing in the water and fishing on the rocky beach just down from the cabin.

Stay on the Caddo

It was fun, great little spot. We actually floated with Luckys and floated down and stopped in front of our cabin for a while before continuing. Great for running up to the house and grabbing extra snacks!

Perfect Cabin for my Family of Four

We love the Wilderness. When we started coming to the Caddo Yeats ago, this was the first cabin we stayed in. And we choose to keep returning. The cabin is very clean, has adequate bedding, and a stocked kitchen. We love the Caddo and have stayed in a few other cabins that we have enjoyed as well. But we love a getaway to the Wilderness

Will come back

I rarely leave reviews but we had such an amazing time at this property! We cooked most meals and had everything we needed. The access to the river was so easy and close to the home. In my opinion, this is the best section of the river! We loved the rope swing and the few people floating by in tubes. Very family friendly for children of all ages. We are already planning to come back.

Beautiful cabin and setting

My sister and I had always taken my dad on a yearly trip. Daddy passed away last year and we didn’t want to lose that tradition so we booked The Wilderness cabin. How fortunate for us! The cabin was lovely and situated right on the river, with easy access. We were close to activities such as digging for crystals and Crater of Diamonds and we found quaint little restaurants in all of the small towns. It was so easy to come and go from the cabin as it was centrally located. Very quiet and great amenities such as WiFi and cable.
