Mountain Bay is a unique 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with a sleeper sofa and queen Murphy bed to comfortably sleep 6 guests. The main living area has a smart TV, fireplace, sleeper sofa and Murphy bed. The dining area just off the kitchen can seat 6 guests and makes a great gathering place for games with the family. The living room joins the open kitchen concept which is loaded with cooking equipment and utensils for those home cooked meals.
Just off the kitchen is the bedroom with a King bed and plenty of closet space. The bathroom is located just next to the main bedroom with separate access which has a walk in shower and single sink.
Mountain Bay Condo is located between Whitefish Mountain Resort and Downtown Whitefish! This condo provides private lake access and has it's own private beach area for guests only. Enjoy kayaking, boating, fishing and more right outside your front door! During the winter, world-class skiing at a family-friendly resort beckons you, and in the summer, you'll find hiking, biking, and a host of other activities available at Whitefish Mountain Resort and beyond. Mountain Bay is located a short drive to many local destinations including Glacier National Park and numerous lakes, rivers, state parks, hiking, and cross-country skiing trailheads.

Parking notes: Please park facing the building, taking up only one spot per vehicle. DO NOT park sideways (parallel) at any time.
Your vehicle(s) will need to be registered with the Bay Point HOA. There will be a vehicle registration form located in your condo for you to fill out when you arrive. Place it in the mailbox located outside the common building on the wall next to the HOA office. Any unauthorized vehicle onsite may be towed. One Bedroom vacation condominium are allowed one parking space, and two and three bedroom vacation condominiums are allowed two parking spaces. Additional cars can be parked adjacent to the Bay Point Office. No trailer parking is allowed without prior arrangements made with the HOA, this includes along Bay Point Drive. Failure to comply will result in removal or impounding at the owner's expense.
During the winter, snow removed on daily basis when snowfall is abundant, staff starts snow removal at 8am. Please move your vehicles to a plowed location onsite when you hear the snow plow in the mornings. If you need to leave your vehicle all day and are not onsite while plowing is being done, please park your vehicle in the common building parking area in front of or behind the building.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Dock details: All boats, trailers & personal watercraft on Bay Point property must be registered with the Bay Point Homeowners Association before launching. Boat slips will be assigned upon completing the registration. Please use only the boat slip assigned to you. All boats & personal watercraft must be secured in a boat slip at night. For safety no boats or watercraft are allowed to be left overnight tied to the day docks for any reason. All boats & watercraft must be secured for the night in the assigned boat slip.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 6 guests and 2 vehicles unless otherwise approved. No smoking is allowed on the property.
