Quiet Ski In/Ski Out 1-Bedroom Condo Granby Ranch CO. Near Rocky Mtn Natl Park

Our quiet 1-bedroom condo is nestled in the mountains of Granby Ranch CO. For summer visitors it is a beautiful 20-25 minute drive to the West (Grand Lake) Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. For Winter visitors, it is a true ski in/ski out location as the Kicking Horse ski run is right off our patio. Take in the beauty of Colorado with nearby hiking trails, mountain biking, hot springs, golf courses, pool & hot tubs. For water sports, there are two beautiful lakes just a short 10-minute (Lake Granby) and 20-minute (Grand Lake) drive away. Then after a long day of adventure, come back and unwind at our peaceful mountain retreat.

Our condo is located in the Kicking Horse Lodges in Granby Ranch Colorado. It is a ground floor condo of a 3-floor building. We are in a quiet space (especially at night) away from the noise and lights of town. Our private patio is the perfect spot for star gazing and to view the amazing Colorado sunrises and sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing space to unwind after an active day of outdoor adventures, this is the place for you!
**Summer guests: Granby is at an elevation of 7900 feet. As is the norm with mountain living, our condo does NOT have air conditioning. We do provide fans for additional air circulation. Our low, night time temperatures June - August average in the 50's to low 60's so it does cool off nicely in the evenings, but please be aware, no air conditioning is normal for high elevation, mountain living.

We stayed here to serve as a hub to outdoor activities and it did not disappoint. Grand Lake, RMNP, Hot Sulphur Springs, Winter Park, Fraser, and Granby
enjoyed all of them. We also appreciated the small touches-chocolates, coffee pods, teas, lavender pillow mist (WOW!).

Perfect little base camp for me while I worked for a week in Granby. Place was exactly as described with all the amenities to make my stay very comfortable. It was extremely quiet and clean as well. If I could jump high enough, I could probably run out the door and jump on the ski lift as it cruised by the condo. Went on a couple hikes while there and it was stunning with the leaf change

Quick get away

Perfect Ski Retreat

We loved our time at this rental. The location was true ski in/ski out and couldn’t have been more convenient. The condo was clean and well stocked with lots of thoughtful little extras like coffee pods, microwave popcorn and pop tarts. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions before we arrived and was very helpful. I look forward to not next visit to Granby Ranch and would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Condo

My wife and I stayed here while we hiked for three days in the area. This condo was great -- spotlessly clean, everything worked perfectly, a quiet and beautiful location, and the owner has a real and personal interest in maintaining and furnishing the place! Excellence .. As Expected

I have stayed in this unit several times over the years and still find it to be the very best accommodation choice for a couple or a single person. And for those who are skiers, you cannot better the proximity to the ski slope. This unit is very comfortable and well equipped with just about every amenity you would need. I already have two more stays planned and am anxiously looking forward to them!

Perfect Ski In/Ski Out!

This was a perfect location for fully enjoying Granby Ranch. The slope was literally 15 feet from the front door. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished. The owners did a great job sharing information. The community did a great job keeping the parking lots and roads clear.

Bittersweet Enjoyment

This unit has always been my favorite at Granby Ranch. Simply put, perfection in the utmost when considering accommodations. Bittersweet, though, because I can not anxiously look forward to next ski season as this unit won't be available due to a sale. Still A Gem

This unit still maintains it's top spot as a quiet, comfortable and cozy getaway that is literally 10 steps from your front door to the ski slope! It is well appointed with many of the "little things" (amenities) that you won't find at even the finest hotels. The hosts are very communicative and accommodating .... I truly felt at home. I'm anxious to return again this season and enjoy this Granby Ranch Gem!

Great Location

Comfortable and cozy unit that is literally steps from the ski slopes .. a true ski in/ski out rental. There was a variety of condiments and toiletries throughout making the grocery list much shorter. The owner was up front about a kitchen floor problem that occurred just prior to my arrival and graciously allowed me to cancel. Thankfully I did not. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am already looking forward to next season!

Still a Gem

This remains as my favorite resting place when I visit Granby. Warm and cozy accommodations will all the imenities to provide for a comfortable and convenient experience. If you're visiting to ski, you'll certainly enjoy the ever so close proximity to the Kicking Horse slope. ..... literally 10 steps from the front door! I plan on visiting again next year and hope I can reserve this amazing unit again! Thanks to the great hosts for their prompt communication and consideration.

A couple who both grew up in Colorado, we love the mountains and found our happy place in Granby. We split our time between Denver and Granby but we live here at our mountain retreat as much as we can! We are sharing our beautiful, quiet space with guests during ski season and our beautiful Colorado summer and hope you will love it as much as we do!
Our HOA does not allow guests to have pets on the property, so we do have a strict NO PET policy. However, if you have pet allergies, please know that the owners can and do have pets on the property.
This is a 100% smoke-free condo. We do not smoke and ask that there is absolutely no smoking of any kind in our home.
We hope our personal touches make your stay in our condo a peaceful, relaxing experience and like a real home away from home.

Located just 90 miles west of Denver, Granby Ranch is a family-owned ski area that also has summer activities such as hiking, mountain-biking, and an 18-hole championship golf course. Summer activities at Granby Ranch open on in late May/early June (go to the Granby Ranch website for exact opening dates). There is a nearby year-round pool located at Ranch Hall for a $15 per day/per person fee.
Our condo is also a short, scenic drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Winter Park, YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch, Lake Granby and Grand Lake. There is truly something for everyone!
