The light and airy interior comes well-equipped for modern comfort, with everyday essentials including a stainless steel full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. A sunny front family room comes furnished for casual downtime and the main living room is ready to host the whole group for evening entertainment with a large sectional and smart TV. The kitchen includes an eat-in dining nook and counter seating while the formal dining table sets the stage for family dinners and game nights with seating for six.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is an added fee for pool heat pool October 1-April 30. The pool will be heated to 84 degrees. Please be advised this temp will fluctuate based on the ambient temperatures locally. Heat pumps in Florida will only heat to about 15-20 degrees above the ambient temperatures.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
