Newly built, with it's modern-mountain decor, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is the perfect vacation home for any family. Located in East Keystone, this multi-story townhome offers plenty of amenities and is only about 4 blocks from River Run Village and the slopes!
The Alders Townhomes are nestled on a quiet street that backs up to White River National Forest. You'll be able to enjoy the uninterrupted winter wonderland from the deck, or ride/hike the nearby bike trail to the mountain past the ponds of the Snake River. A private two-car heated garage, two living areas, and vaulted ceilings are among the several unique features of this property.Â
The bedding varies depending on the individual unit rented, but typical bedding consists of a king bed, queen bed, bunk beds or twins in the final two bedrooms, and a sofa sleeper in the den.
This two-story home is elegantly decorated with a large open living room, kitchen and dining area which is perfect for get-togethers with family and friends. You'll be impressed with the dark hardwood throughout and the granite-splashed gourmet kitchen. More chic details appoint the living room and dining and bar area, like ornamental glass hanging lamps, sparkling duel chandeliers and a warm stone-wrapped gas fireplace. Relax after a long day on the slopes on the oversized sectional to watch a movie or velvet bar stools to have a drink.
Guests of the Alders have access to the River Run Village pool, located about 3/4 mile away at the Dakota Lodge. The Alders Townhomes offer easy access to River Run Village via the Keystone Shuttle System. Here, the only rule is to have fun, and you rule your favorite mountain playground.
