This 2nd floor apartment has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your home away from home! Including a 40â smart TV with Netflix!
Guests will have the whole 2nd floor to themselves. There is a shared laundry room in the basement. The cleaner and the main floor apartment also have access to the laundry room.
Other things to note
Please note that parking is free on the street in front of the building-apartment does not have a driveway to park in.
The building does have A/C and heat but the controls are in the main floor apartment. There is a portable electric heater in the apartment if you wish to make it warmer.
