Great place to stay, clean, roomy, cozy, great kitchen/ dining area, plenty of seating by tv, short distance to shopping(donuts).Rodney is a friendly, fair host and we enjoyed meeting him. Would rent from him in the future Recommended!

Definitely a must!

This cottage was in an excellent location to the events we had for the weekend and was exactly as described! Perfect size, easy to access, warm and welcoming interior with comfortable beds to boot! I especially loved there being a ceiling fan in all main and sleeping areas of the house. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

We can to visit family for the holidays. The house was great and immaculately clean. Furniture and bedding was great. The location is good for a quick run into Tyler or anything you would need right there in Lindale. Would definitely book again.

The place was very clean. It was adequate for what we needed - close to Lindale where our family lived. It was quiet as it was set back from main road a ways.

Fantastic Barndo

Stayed at this fantastic barndo with my family. Clean, well decorated, lots of necessities provided (Kleenex, kitchen with all the right utensils, cups, plates, Tupperware, etc.) that made stating there a delight. Peaceful plot of land, trees and nature right outside the window. My compliments to the owners for thinking of all the ways to make your guests stay pleasant and comfortable.

A wonderful getaway !

We had a restful & relaxing stay here! We will definitely come back & visit. We had never been to Lindale & loved the proximity to downtown & Tyler State park. It was such a cute house & super clean. We felt right at home & enjoyed every minute in our own East Tx getaway!

Wonderful Rental

We booked this gem for a Canton Weekend trip and we were not disappointed! Clean and very accommodating. It sits on a large property with tons of privacy. We will definitely consider this place the next time we go to Canton.

Thanksgiving vacation

We are a family of 8 and this condo gave us plenty of room to stretch out. Everything we needed was available. The owners communicated with us before and during our stay quickly. Overall we would book again.

Girls Trip

We took a girls trip to shop locally and in Canton. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The owners were very responsive leading up to our trip, and even allowed us to check in slightly early. The house was immaculate, beds were very comfortable, and there were tons of pillows. We even had pizza delivered because we were exhausted after our shopping extravaganza! I would rate our stay 10/10! We will definitely be back!

Relaxing, peaceful and cozy.

This was a great first experience with VRBO and it was fantastic. The decor was calming and inviting. Our location was in close proximity to Miranda Lambert’s establishment. The area was peaceful and quiet. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer available for usage. We enjoyed all the amenities in the home. This was a great home away from home.

Beautiful Cottage/Amazing Experience

We were in town for my daughter’s national dance competition that was held in Tyler, TX. This place was in the most convenient location for us. Right outside of Tyler. The check in process was very simple! The cottage and property were absolutely beautiful! Everything was so clean and welcoming. We were fortunate enough to even get to meet the sweet owners! They answered all of our questions immediately, gave amazing restaurant recommendations, and were just all around great people! My babies and I enjoyed our week here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful place to stay long or short term. If we ever go back to that area, we will surely book with them again! Thank you guys for a peaceful experience!

Girls’ Weekend

We loved how cute this property was and its proximity to Lindale. It was nice and private with lots of space for all of us.We’d love to see the addition of some wine glasses in the kitchen and mirrors in the bedrooms but otherwise loved the property.

Lovely home and close to town

We were in town for a family gathering and it was close enough to town to do what we needed to do. The land and the setting of house was just lovely. It was clean and held our family very comfortably. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is absolutely cute.

Perfect house plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortable. The fan in the livingroom didnt work and a shade over the fron hlass door would have been nice. Also, if you turn the water on in the kitchen, it makes a really creepy knocking sound in the ceiling. But other that....over all great house. We would definitely stay again.

Grandson's Baseball Tournament in Tyler

This was the perfect cabin for our attendance at the four day baseball tournament. It is new, extremely clean, and located in the small community of Lindale away from the congestion of Tyler but close enough to get to the fields for the games which was very important to us. It was perfect for our family of 6. The owner was very quick and understanding in response to any issues or needs we had. Thank you for a good place to stay. I very much recommend this cabin as it served our needs perfectly.

The location of this cottage is a very quiet, country setting, where guests can see a million stars and hear the birds sing, all being only 5 minutes from Lindale, 15 minutes from Mineola, 20 minutes from Tyler, and 30 minutes from the world famous, Canton Trade Days!

The property is beautifully arranged. All furnishings, and the building itself, are brand new. Construction of the interior was completed in late 2022. Its is equipped with a high end, smart TV, and lightning fast internet.
