Looking for a home where you'll feel surrounded by nature while just a short distance from the main road? View House is a four-bedroom, three-bath house within walking distance of Monte Verde Lake with great outdoor living and a beautiful view of the Moreno Valley.
Upstairs, the open-concept living area is lit by windows on three sides under the wood cathedral ceiling. The living room has seating arranged around the wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen television equipped with Samsung TV Plus. A sliding door leads to the deck looking out to Wheeler Peak and the northern end of the Moreno Valley, with seating to enjoy during warmer months. The dining table seats eight and the dining counter seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher. A door from the dining area gives access to the deck as well as the tree fort.
Down the hall is the primary suite, with a queen bed, a loveseat, and an en suite bathroom with a spacious vanity and shower/tub combination. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination are also on the upper floor.
On the lower level is a second living space for hanging out and relaxing. There is another bedroom with a full bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub, and a large laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.

Access to this home requires 4-wheel drive in the winter months.

GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

LOCATION: View House is 3.4 miles from the ski area (an 8-minute drive) and 2.7 miles (6 minutes' drive) to the Angel Fire Country Club.

PARKING: The driveway will accommodate up to three vehicles.

POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

WHAT TO KNOW:

This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash from homes must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. Dumpsters are available at condos but may be full at peak periods. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
