Perfect space for a couple. Located on the beach with ease of access you can't beat. Place was clean and had everything you could ask for (including laundry). Host provided contact information on arrival but did not respond via text; able to reach via VRBO app instead.

Great location...great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this rental cannot be beat. Overlooking the water and seeing the sunset every night from the balcony was spectacular the condo itself is outdated and could use some love but that is minor compared to the location and views.

Great location and beach access. Penthouse was great but in huge need of a mattress and box spring replacement. The mattress sunk in the middle and was uncomfortable. I would have given 5 stars if the mattress was comfortable

Great Apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great apartment in a great location with lot’s of amenities. The view is outstanding! Paul the property manager was very accommodating on the first day and met us at the apartment and gave us a quick low down.Our only complaint, also mentioned in a previous review is the condition of the bed mattress. It needs to be changed ASAP as it was sagging A LOT in the middle and did a number on my back after eight nights.Would stay there again in a heartbeat if they got a new mattress. Like Imsaid, everything else was outstanding.

This place was amazing for my husband, I our 6 year old and MIL! Close to everything and you can’t beat the view! Waking up in paradise! We were lucky enough to be there on a Friday and being on the balcony for fireworks was amazing! The property manager met us there and showed us around which was something I’ve never seen done before- what a welcome to Hawaii!

The condo was perfect! We had an incredible stay for my family of four. The space was comfortable, well stocked, and the spectacular sunset view is unbeatable! The location is great and we were able to walk easily to restaurants, shops, etc. on Friday night, the view from the balcony of the fireworks was amazing. It was convenient also to have laundry in unit and a parking spot in the building garage for quick access. We would definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful property. Very well appointed and maintained. Incredible location. You are literally in the center of the Waikiki action. Cocktails and appies on the balcony while watching the sun go down is epic. Walking out the property backdoor to feet-in-the-sand is convenient. No time wasted traveling to the beach.

The host met us there upon arrival and gave a brief but complete rundown of the property. Everything was as beautiful as expected and it was a fantastic 2 wks! I would highly recommend it and would not hesitate to book again!

The condo was well stocked and served us very well. It was generally clean but felt small details such as dust on top of mirrors, bathroom lights, vents and walls could have been cleaner and made a big difference in overall cleanliness and comfort.

Having vacationed in Waikiki over the years I’d always wanted to stay here. I almost hesitate to say how great it is because it means more people will find this hidden gem. But our little slice of heaven was very quiet and filled with sunshine. The giant picture window in the bedroom and double sliding doors to the patio in living room provide a breathtaking view to the west and the sunsets. Easy access to the beach from a locked condo gate. I’d like to add if anyone travels alone. You’d enjoy the additional security here. Key fob to get in and a security guard on sight. Huge Thank you to Paul for being friendly and welcoming as our host. We’ll definitely be back Theresa and Eric W.

Beautiful view and great location!

We loved our stay in this Waikiki penthouse! Lots of natural light and an amazing view! The location was great and close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful walks on the boardwalk in the morning and breathtaking sunsets from the balcany at night! The condo was clean, comfy and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely views, close to everything

The property is lovely, and we appreciated being able to cook our own meals and do laundry. We rented umbrellas on the beaches on both sides of the condo, and depending on what you’re looking for (white sands of Waikīkī or deeper waters) you can find both.

Beautiful Ocean View Room

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Room with limited privacy. Room was nice but no privacy blinds on bathroom window well as on main door. It's really strange that nobody never had any objection about bathroom windows or main door having clear glass with zero privacy. Specifically taking shower, anybody can see from outside Easley. Also inside room with that beautiful big glass window blind is not even blackout. Early morning outside light can go through that window blinds Easley and can wakeup from the outside light. Paid high price for several nights for that Penthouse Suite but couldn't get no parking and management team didn't even bother asking if we going to have vehicle and in need parking. After requesting several times for parking still couldn't get no parking for my vehicle and every night I was paying very high price for each night for parking.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay and we sincerely apologize that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. We are disappointed to learn we did not earn your recommendation, as this beautiful penthouse condo typically receives high ratings from our guests.  Regarding your privacy concerns, we assure you that the bathroom window is frosted and positioned high enough so no one can see inside. Additionally, glass shower doors are a standard feature for vacation rentals in Hawaiʻi. We also provide blinds on the main windows, though we understand they did not provide the level of blackout coverage you preferred. We aim to provide accurate descriptions and photos for all our properties so guests can make informed decisions when booking. Regarding parking, on-site parking in Waikiki is limited and spaces can be difficult to secure. While parking is not included with the unit, our property descriptions note that a pass can be pre-purchased through Captain Cook Resorts at the time of booking your reservation for the adjacent public parking lot (a 2-minute walk) for $25+tax/day,. Parking is subject to availability and rates may change. We apologize if this information was not clearly conveyed or if you missed it prior to your booking.​
