Charming bungalow right downtown with 4 bedrooms and loft

Location, Location, location. Large house, one block from Kirkwood and 3 blocks from the square where you can walk to your favorite bars and restaurants. Two blocks to the B line Trial and close to IU campus. Large fenced in yard and off street parking fitting 5 cars. First floor has 3 bdrms (2 queen beds, 1 full bd -all w/ dressers, wireless lamp chargers, and fans) 1 bath downstairs. Large eat in kitchen with table seating 7 plus 4 bartop stools, smart tv and beverage center. Spacious livingroom with TV and seating for 6 to 8.
Upstairs has one more bathroom and bedroom with full bed plus furnished loft space if extra space is needed with another full bed and futon bed.
Large private fenced in yard with bbq and chiminea. Plenty of room for yard games. Private off street parking in back for 5 cars which is a rare find downtown.

Great location.

I hope one day the upstairs will be avaliable again. I like this home. However, you might consider replacing (or just removing) the broken LT chair. Perhaps replace the towels. Too many had disturbing brown stains. But over all, it's a lovely place.Thank you!

Home away from Home/ Weekend cottage

We were so please when we arrived, it was such a nice,cozy cottage. Very impressed with all the amenties available to us, it was so roomy for everyone, the porch was great and the backyard was enjoyed so much with little fire pit! Will definitely will come back and recommend to many! If you'll have us!

Bachelorette weekend

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and had an amazing time. The few small hiccups we encountered, the property manager handled in a timely manner with a great amount of respect and support. The location was just enough away from the busy part of town, but close enough much of what we could do was a 5-15 minute drive in town!

Perfect spot for seeing our kid!

We schlepped the teenage sister, the grandparents, the 2 dogs, and of course ourselves to come to Bloomington to visit our kid. Location is perfect - walking distance to downtown. Ample parking behind the house (took a quick text to find the alley), lots of space for our dogs, plenty of comfortable bedrooms. We were very pleased!

30th birthday weekend

My family and I spent the weekend in Bloomington for our daughter’s 30th birthday. There were 10 of us all together, and the house was perfect for us. We even had to go back after we checked out to retrieve a bag left, and William was very gracious and accommodating. When we are in town again, we will definitely look for his house for a big group to stay. It’s very close to everything - downtown (we ate lunch and made candles right on the square, and the parking garage is a bargain compared to a Chicago, Indy, or NYC), IU’s football and basketball stadiums, and the university. Great stay!

Great location and amenities

The location of the property is absolutely perfect. You are walking distance to some great Restaurants as well as to the Indiana University campus. The host provided snacks and coffee and enough for the entire 6 day stay. They are very customer friendly and very quick to respond. I had a an issue with plumbing on the fourth day of my stay and unfortunately they could not resolve the issue. However the host was quick to provide another very nice VRBO a couple of blocks away. Although I was extremely pleased that she provided another place for me to stay I was a bit saddened. To be honest my original VRBO was my favorite. I had fallen in love with the neighborhood as well as how comfortable the house was and it felt like home. I had my small dog with me and he also felt right at home. Its a great size home with plenty of ammenities. Although a couple of suggestions would be to provide an iron and a toaster. Also, work with your cleaning company to sweep behind doors and windowcills. There was a large amount of bubble wrap that was left under my bed. All in all I would highly recommend this house. Even with the plumbing mishap, the host was gracious and did everything in her power to resolve the issue. I give it a two thumbs up and would absolutely stay again!

Went to Bloomington for a wedding it was a fantastic place to stay and stage for the wedding! Everything we could have hoped for and more!
