Love It!

My daughter had a baby shower in Memphis. This flat was the cleanest vacay home i have seen. i loved that it was gated, They had everything that you would need inside the flat. There are many restaurants near that were great as well. We are already planning our next visit since my daughter is here and we will stay here when we return

I original booked the Midtown flat. The host called me to apologize that the flat wasn't available due to hvac issues. He informed me on an another property in the dowtown area. My family had an amazing time. The property was nice and cozy. We felt safe and secured. I will definitely be booking again when I return home for a visit. Thanks again for being an amazing host.

Memphis Bachelor Party

The flat was very nice and spacious for 6 guys to hang out. It was in a part of the city that made going to other places a breeze. Having the key card was super helpful since we had a hard time remembering the key pad inputs. Overall everyone was impressed with it and next time I'm ever down that way, I look into that property again.

Great weekend stay

We were looking for a weekend room for the St Jude Marathon & most hotels were booked. This turned out to be an excellent location and a great place to share with family. If we go back to Memphis overnight we will check here first. It was clean, convenient, and everything worked. We only stayed 2 nights but it was a much more pleasant experience than hotel rooms.

Excellent place and wonderful weekend vacation.

The place was excellent. We had a little problem getting the door code right to get into the condo. But this may have been "user" error. The property owner answered my call and gave me an immediate solution. He was very helpful and polite. It was very nice having the extra security of the gated parking especially since we arrived after dark. And the location was really good with the various places that we wanted to go to. The only confusion was the picture in the property listing that shows a large, tall, open room. I am not sure what that is related too but it is not a part of the property. That being said, the place was perfect for what we wanted. The other issue which was not the responsibility of the condo owner was that the elevator broke down the last night of our stay. Hopefully this got fixed after our check out and was a rare occurrence. Overall, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great stay!

Very nice, clean property centrally located very various common areas/locations. Host was very polite and responsive to any needs. Only suggestion would maybe be the addition of Splenda packets to the mini coffee bar area in the kitchen 😊
