Welcome to our relaxing home on the Heritage Golf Course 11th Fairway. The sweeping southerly views set the mood inside and out. The home features a private executive office and an open floor plan that takes advantage of the golf views. The kitchen is attractive and functional, and opens to a roomy outdoor space overlooking a fenced backyard. Upstairs reveals 4 comfortable beds and 3 beautiful baths, as well as a huge bonus room. The home is completed with a snuggly 3rd floor theater space.
Positioned minutes from downtown Wake Forest, youâll have easy access to fantastic amenities and the natural beauty of the greater Triangle. So for whatever reason youâve decided to visit the Triangle, the Wake Forest area is a perfect choice. It provides all you need to buy groceries and life-stuff, dine like a foodie-royal or a ranch-hand, and blow off all the steam youâve been storing up. So live, work, play, and shop for all things new, next, and groundbreaking.

Cathy was raised in the real estate industry. A second generation RealtorÂź, her parents developed, built, and sold luxury properties throughout the south. When Cathy graduated from high school, her dad told her she had three choices, go to college, get a job, or get a real estate license. She chose the first two and spent seventeen years in healthcare administration. This experience afforded her the opportunity to hone strong skills in strategic planning, marketing, contract negotiations, and financial management.
Andyâs background has always been about land and construction. After spending 20 years in commercial and residential land development, he saw a distinct lack of helpful knowledge among real estate agents. Andy brings his extensive perspective in land planning and construction to play for each of our clients.
So after a long time apart, these high school sweethearts reunited at their 20 year high school reunion. With the birth of their son and a strong desire to build something together, they went back to their roots and joined their skills to form MORE Real Estate Group.
Theyâve been highly successful in this venture, and have numerous accolades and awards to show for it. At the end of the day though, building their business with the help of hundreds of satisfied clients is all that really matters.
