The home features a private executive office and an open floor plan that takes advantage of the golf views. The kitchen is attractive and functional, and opens to a roomy outdoor space overlooking a fenced backyard. Upstairs reveals 4 comfortable beds and 3 beautiful baths, as well as a huge bonus room. The home is completed with a snuggly 3rd floor theater space.
Positioned minutes from downtown Wake Forest, you’ll have easy access to fantastic amenities and the natural beauty of the greater Triangle. So for whatever reason you’ve decided to visit the Triangle, the Wake Forest area is a perfect choice. It provides all you need to buy groceries and life-stuff, dine like a foodie-royal or a ranch-hand, and blow off all the steam you’ve been storing up. So live, work, play, and shop for all things new, next, and groundbreaking.

Cathy was raised in the real estate industry. A second generation Realtor®, her parents developed, built, and sold luxury properties throughout the south. When Cathy graduated from high school, her dad told her she had three choices, go to college, get a job, or get a real estate license.
