Delightful Stay

It was a delightful months-long stay at this beautiful home that offered all the comforts of home. The best part was spending peaceful time on the front and back porches which were simply heavenly. Friendly and helpful hosts!

Beautiful quiet getaway

The property was beautiful in a charming neighborhood. The owner was very attentive and left a list of suggestions to make our stay memorable. The cleanliness was outstanding and we really felt right at home.

Great accommodations

Jennifer has thought of everything - bicycles, cooler, beach chairs and even toys for your pets. The home is spacious and clean. Would definitely come again.

Family vacay

The house was extremely well stocked for all our necessities and more. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all of our sightseeing locations. The fenced in yard was excellent for our dogs to run and play. Enjoyable time! I would highly recommend for large families!

Beautiful house, lovely quiet neighborhood and very pet friendly. Host was very available and flexible when we had to change plans. Our dog loved the yard and walking the neighborhood. We definitely plan to be back in future years.

Girls Trip to SSI

This home beat all expectations!! Spacious, clean, and located centrally to everything on the island. We very much enjoyed coffee and reading on the two enclosed decks and walk around the beautiful neighborhood looking at the marsh. We look forward to our return visit.

Short but sweet

We were looking for a pet friendly place with a nice back porch. This place fit the bill perfectly having a nice screened in front porch as well. Very walkable neighborhood. We had a family emergency and had to leave early but made sure to eat at Barbara Jeans before heading out. We will definitely look to book this house for any future trips.

Perfect!

Our group of 6 long-time friends had a wonderful time! The front porch, back porch, and expansive living areas allowed us all to be together or find our own quiet spot to read or relax. The hot tub was such a treat for us! Kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry room were all well-equipped and comfortable. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor space. Thank you!

Our new favorite property!

A lovely holiday was had by all! Terrific location, great floor plan for a family, quiet neighborhood easy to use appliances, and extremely well stocked property. You really don't need to bring much beyond your swim suit and sunscreen! Harris Teeters is a few minutes from the house and you can order groceries ahead to save time. Loved the extra effort of the information binder. Got to try a few suggested restaurants since our last visit. It was really wonderful.

Our vacation rental career began with a small condo on St Simons Island in 2019 that we were just playing around with. That endeavor evolved into this wonderful HOME in Sea Palms Golf Resort that we're now introducing (fall 2022) as a unique & special getaway, because our family likes to travel together. So far, I haven't found anything more fun in my life than hosting guests. This new HOUSE is ready, super duper cute, uber comfy, and we are excited to host and introduce families to our beloved island.

Varför värden valde detta boende

it's utterly charming. perfectly located mid island to enjoy all the island's amenities from the beach to Fort Frederica, and the neighborhood is so quiet and elegant. If golf is your thing, the clubhouse is a few blocks from our place. It's a great neighborhood for walking, and we fenced the yard to accommodate furry family members to. I LOVED the jungle view behind our house with it's spanish moss hanging on century-old trees. I LOVED the rear screened-porch. I think it's my favorite place on earth! We liked the spaciousness of the floor plan and the fact that it's all one-level. It's really nicely equipped and we had a ball furnishing it from scratch, so every single thing in the house is brand new.
