There is no need to interact with us as hosts as we are not on site, but we are happy to call, text, or chat via the airbnb app about Alaska, Anchorage, things to do, and issues, dining options, etc!

The home is located in South Addition which is one of Anchorages older and most reputable neighborhoods on the edge of downtown. Known for Art Deco or modern architecture you’ll see some of the historic part of Anchorage mixed with a modern flare! And best part is you can walk or a few minute Uber ride to almost all the fine dining and shopping!

Quick walk, bike, car ride, Uber/Lyft to most things. Plenty of parking in front of the garage and on the street for up to 4 vehicles.

10-15 minute walk to anchorage downtown; located near one of the largest trail systems in Anchorage.

Absolutely no parties. No pets.

Great kitchen, appreciated the refridgered water, bathrooms good- hooks for toiletries bags or towel rod in downstairs bath would be good. Washer/dryer a plus. Location great and trailhead over Chester’s Creek was good walk. Families shouldn’t hesitate to stay there.

Work Retreat

This is our second year using this space for a work retreat and it is perfect! Open common space for gathering, large kitchen for shared meals. Owners are incredibly responsive. The coffee pot had a hole in it and they brought us a new one within the day. We will definitely be returning customers!

Nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable! Just perfect!

This lovely home is large, clean, comfortable, and interesting. I am also a VRBO host as well as frequent traveler, so I appreciate how well-kept, well-stocked, and also how clean this home presents. I am a bit persnickety, and for me to have no criticisms is rare. If we return to Anchorage, I would want to stay here 100%!

Very accurate description and extremely clean!

A very large, clean and center of town location. This neighborhood seemed very safe and we felt comfortable parking our cars in the driveway. We would definitely stay here again if the time ever comes for the next car show.

5 Star Stay

Comfy beds, luxe bedding, fabulous clean/new modern feeling… Great location-walk to downtown restaurants & events. Nice surprises like luxury hairdryers and curling iron, large bacon-specific oven sheet pan, incredibly comfy reclining chairs next to the windows, and giant Artsy dining room table, high-end appliances such as very cool fridge, and nice Alaskan Art. Entire place was Clean as a whistle. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house. We really enjoyed our stay, and will be back again this Autumn. Nicest stay we’ve ever had in Anchorage (ANC hotels are all quite dated); this place was exciting and fun to stay at, thank you!

Great Place for Our Board Meetings

We have used this space 3 times now for our bi-annual in person board meetings. The living room and screen are conducive for such. We bring more chairs and an extra table as the dining table hold 10-12 comfortably but there are only 8 chairs. When our group is larger than 12, we bring an extra table and chairs for dining and meeting. When meeting in the living room we pull the chairs we brought over so everyone has a seat. Our Anchorage people stay at home and those from out of town stay in the four rooms, one of which has a bunk bed. Lastly, we bring many of our own kitchen utensils, serving bowls & platters, glasses, and table decor all of which are lacking a bit and our Anchorage people can provide them for uniformity. We'll be back!

Beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay, we were in Anchorage for work and the house was roomy, comfortable and met all of our needs. Even though we didn’t have kids with us we enjoyed the climbing wall and net. Would stay here again.

We held a company retreat at this property and it was absolutely perfect. Clean, lots of space for our group to have a wonderful retreat. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook group meals. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay!

Great Spot for Team Building

Myself and three other colleagues had a great stay while in town for meetings and team building. The large dining room table was perfect for round table strategy sessions. The home was very clean and comfortable. Short drive to downtown Anchorage for restaurants. Nice little grocery right around the corner for quick meals and great Kaladi Bros coffee. Highly recommend this VRBO. We will be back!
