The property itself is unique with ‘9 foot ceilings, toung n’ groove teak ceilings and open air to the rain forest.The pool on the property is a swimmers dream completed 2021.The unit is fully equipped.The vibe is Malibu 50 years ago meets current Kauai

Perfect place to stay

Great location. Close to stores, restaurants, easy pick-up location for other excursions. The view was awesome.

Gillade inte: Incheckning och kommunikation

Unprofessional and scam likely

Mike was very rude when I brought his lack of communication to his attention. Rather than taking accountability, he became defensive and would not allow me to cancel my reservation even after VRBO asked him to refund me directly. Very poor experience on my end.

Great location in the center of the action and close to beach

Found the view to be better than described. House was private with a nice view of the sea and the jungle. Saw lots of monkeys everyday, sometimes on the banister but they were never a problem. Music from bar from about 8pm to 10-11pm was loud if you wanted to sit outside but not a problem once you moved in. Stairs from the main street were long but short if you have a car from the lower street. Access to pool was easy and very close. Listing should be clear that this is a part of a 32 unit condo that all can use the pool but in the 27 days we were there it was not too crowded often but there were only 5 lounge chairs and a few ordinary folding chairs. Pool size is fine. Bed was very comfortable, shower was good. Internet was solid and fast. This is a new listing and it could use nicer glasses and kitchen utensils. Needs beach towels and a small cooler would be nice. Owner should make a detailed information package for people new to the area as there are many little secrets and tips that would be helpful to know. The beach is about a 20min walk down a mostly gravel road that is very steep at times. Most people in the area walk down and then bus back up the main street which has great service. Host was fast to respond with our questions and a new hair dryer. Over all a great experiance.

This unit was added to our international collection of professionally managed vacation rentals. They are located in Long Beach, California, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, Antibes France and now two units in Manual Antonio, Costa Rica.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is the larger upper unit of two we have in a terrific compound located on a hillside with sweeping views of the rain forest and Pacific Ocean. It comfortable with ‘9 ceilings, great access to services just outside of the compound, tranquil and one of the largest pools in the area completed 2021.

Live, work or play in the most sought after National Park in
Central America. This location is like Malibu 50 years ago meets Kauai. We have multiple positive reviews on properties around the world and this one I’d designed and chosen to compliment the entire portfolio. A veritable winner and great value.
