Welcome to Gunslingers Hideouts Derringer Unit! The cottage is just down the street from the historic Tombstone town center filled with food, shopping, and entertainment galore! This unit is part of a duplex comes with a fully equip kitchenette (NO stove) as well as a full sized bed in the master. A trundle bed with two twins is located in the Livingroom as well. We offer wifi and a Roku tv!

Quiet. Good neighbors. Excellent communication from manager!!!!!!

Place was super clean which is super important to me. Easy check in. Quiet. I highly recommend yhis place and will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Needs a DEEP CLEANING. The job to make this place a rental is shoddy. The painting looks like it was done by a child who hasn't learned to color inside the lines. The touchup paint doesn't match the original paint which just accents what was trying to be covered up. Window frames old wood and almost no paint, just covered up with window covering. Front outside light hanging off the side of the building. Great first impression. Many things were duct taped as a fix. Did have decent supply of cooking dishes and eating dishes. Got email for us to take out the trash before we left--REALLY. We were charged a cleaning fee which should cover trash removal. Would not renting this property.

The cozy place

We had a great time we stayed four days and three nights. It was very comfortable and clean plenty of towels and hygiene supplies along with cleaning supplies and anything that you would need for kitchen needs. It was a short walk to the main attractions and a dollar store, not far from there it was very cozy, and the hostess was just a short phone call away and answered every question that we needed answered. If I ever go back I would definitely stay there again.
