Pros: Kitchen had plenty of pans and utensils to use for cookingRealJoy was actually super pleasant to deal with. Exceptional customer service. We loved the pool and hot tub area. The hot tub was usually empty and very hot! It was great!Cons:The cleaning lady was still there at 4:00. She left when we got there without finishing. There was zero toilet paper in downstairs bathroom. The TP upstairs was 1-ply. There was a sticky spill in dining room floor, which says floors weren't cleaned. I spoke to realjoy about an issue and requested for us to be home because our things were there. They said Id receive a call back about a time frame. I never did, and issue was already fixed when I returned to room. This truly bothered me. The walk to the beach was longer than expected. We did utilize the closer visitor parking spaces when necessary. The absolute worst part of my stay was the comfort of the beds. My back ached every single morning and I tossed and turned throughout the night. The pillows are very flat. Trust me and bring your own.Lastly, we paid for wristbands on the parking pass link. The office isn't open on the weekends and we arrived Saturday. Monday, I visited the office and requested the wristbands and was told we didnt need them and couldnt get a refund. Overall, the stay was decent.

Spring break 2025

Very nice clean unit. The resort was very nice and well kept. Did not like the extra 40 parking fee I understand if you have more than 1 vehicle but the fees charged should include I vehicle. The unit was very nice but beds are small and not very comfortable. No kitchen towels or linens. Listed a kergu
