Charming duplex unit! Rent one side to sleep 4, or both to sleep 8! Only .3 miles to Glendon Road beach. Primary bedroom and living room have window air conditioning. Located right down the road ( .2 mile) from Private Deeded Beach shared by some of the homes on Uncle Rolf Road. Includes Wi-Fi, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, gas grill, and outdoor seating.

Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

Please Note: Stand up shower only in bathroom. Home has streaming services only, no cable.

Cozy cottage close to the beach

Great spot!

Outdoor shower and yard space were lovely.

Beach handy

This place is right up the street from many beaches. I got a Dennis week beach pass and went to many, including a Lake. Bring your own entertainment (books, puzzles, games) as there are none. TV screen very small. Beds, back yard, outdoor areas and kitchen more than adequate.
