I am a nurse working at a premier cancer center and when I am not working I love to travel, often in the mountains skiing. Therefore, my courtyard villa is available for you to enjoy every winter.

We chose this neighborhood because it truly offers the best of both worlds—a peaceful, friendly vibe with easy access to all the fun and convenience The Villages is known for.

It’s located in the northern section of The Villages, close to the Savannah Center, where there’s always something happening—from concerts and plays to classes and community events. We also love being near the Polo Grounds, which bring a unique charm and energy you won’t find in every neighborhood.

You’re just a quick golf cart ride to championship and executive golf, sports pools, and great dining at the country clubs, but the streets here are calm, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing. The neighbors are kind, look out for one another, and make it feel like home.
