Newly renovated and silent apartment. We have another 8 apartments in the same building, being totally private and perfect to enjoy the holidays.

It consists of kitchen, living / dining room, comfortable double bed of 1.50cm and double sofa bed so that 4 people can sleep perfectly and a large bathroom. In addition to totally private roof and acces to the shared jacuzzi

You can walk to the main hotspots, as well as the best restaurants, shops and clubs.

The apartment consists of:

- Lounge / dining room perfect to enjoy meals, work or rest after a long day of sightseeing. Composed by a dining table, sofa, armchair, 55-inch TV, work desk, etc.

- Bedroom with 1,50cm bed with very comfortable visco elastic mattress, prepared with a set of beds (sheets, pillows, bedspreads, etc). In addition you will also have a sofa bed for 2 people prepared with your own set of sheets.

- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own dishes. You have: crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups, pans, pots, etc. In addition to: ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, etc.

- Large bathroom consisting of a renovated shower, toilet, sinks, towel rails, towel pack for each guest, kit of amenities (shampoo, gel, etc).

- Totally private roof terrace with views to the old part of the old town and sea views, composed of comfortable chairs and tables for breakfast or dinner outdoors plus a beautiful custom made shower to cool off.

Access to the apartment is by stairs.
We have high speed internet.
All TVs are smart tv so you can connect your netflix account.

- Lobby: you can wait and enjoy magazines in our building lobby.
- Internet: you will enjoy wifi in all areas of the building.

Walk through Casco Viejo on foot, if you want to visit the Malls or another place in the city of Panama, have the 24-hour taxi service.

- Check Out: If the day of departure we do not have other guests that will arrive you can leave later than 12:00h, we are flexible in this aspect.
However, if we have guests that enter that day then we would have to comply with the departure time before 12: 00h.


-DEPOSITO: The deposit is just an approval that is made through Airbnb, it's nothing physical.
The money is not removed from the card at any time, just in case of having an incident (for example, unintentionally breaking something on the floor) we would have to talk to Airbnb and by their consent the amount of the repair would be withdrawn. card, but it would have to be prior consent of both parties.

- Airport connection: we will give you the necessary directions to arrive and also if you wish we have a pick-up service at the airport that is totally economical, fast and safe.
