Check in was a hiccup- wrong lock box code, difficult time reaching the host who still couldn’t find the correct code- finally able to access through garage.Nice clean house but not enough coffee cups, plates and silverware for a house that holds 10 people. Would have appreciated a couple extra rolls of TP.Would recommend and stay again but stop at the store for disposables

Great location. Spacious house on a quiet neighborhood with two large bedrooms and three smaller ones. A great deck off the living room. The realtors type lock was somewhat frustrating. Some of had some trouble with our allergies during our stay.Garage parking available. Plenty of good walking trails in the area.Very good communication from Stephy with quick responses to questions and requests.

Very convenient location for the south metro area

This was an excellent place for our family to stay for the week. It was very close to many restaurants, stores, and other activities. The neighborhood here was very quiet. The host was always very quick to response to any questions. We would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located

Conveniently located to the airport and other spots on the western side of the metro. We were a party of 9 (6 adults and 3 children) in the area for a family funeral west of the Twin Cities. The house provided a great set-up to accommodate all of us for sleeping and bathing arrangements.

Five High School Friend Reunion

This property has generous common spaces for gathering for meals, visiting, card games, etc. It also has five bedrooms which allowed us each a private bedroom. It is located near restaurants, a movie theater, and shopping. There are places to visit nearby such as the Chanhassen Dinner Theater and the Arboretum. We enjoyed our stay !

Graduation Lodging

This home had plenty of space, and it was clean! The neighborhood was very nice as well! We are thankful for the convenience of the washer, dryer, iron & steamer for graduation preparation. We appreciated using the garage to stage & pack the dorm boxes. The proximity of this home to food, gas, & the college was helpful. Beautiful home! Thank you!

Perfect for my family

We loved our stay in this very comfortable house! It had 4 bedrooms for our 6 person family upstairs and a MIL set up in the basement level. We even had room on the futon for an overnight visitor from Seattle. We used the kitchen for all but one meal. The kitchen was very well equipped, and cooking was a pleasure with enough room for several cooks at a time. We even used the outside grill for one meal. We loved the comfortable living room as well. I was very pleased!

Not a good Host

I booked this property for one night. Was told later by the host that this was a mistake they only book for two nights. I was told to cancel. I called Vrbo and canceled. Host said she had followed through with canceling on her end and I would get a refund. This was either misleading, inaccurate or untruthful. Host then emailed me late the day before booking saying I could stay. I had already made arrangements and did not answer. I followed through with Vrbo again later in the week when I saw my CC had not been credited. Host had not canceled. Called Vrbo. Vrbo contacted host on my behalf and host shorted me $200 on a stay she WANTED CANCELED.

Svar från VrboOwner 6 juli 2024
Hi Daniel, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We would like to clarify the situation to avoid any misunderstandings. When we noticed that VRBO had mistakenly allowed a one-night stay on our property, we immediately contacted VRBO to initiate a refund for you. VRBO assured us they would process this. However, upon realizing a day before check-in that the refund had not been processed, we decided to honor your booking and communicated this to you via message. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from you, and you did not check in. After your refund request, we refunded the full amount that was paid out to us. However, VRBO retains their commission fees, which we do not have control over, and therefore, we were unable to refund this portion. We did not intend to mislead or be untruthful. We aimed to rectify the booking issue as best as possible under the circumstances. We understand your frustration and regret any confusion this situation has caused. If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We value our guests and strive to provide a positive experience for everyone. Best regards, Falmouth Villa team.

Larger house with ample restrooms. House sleeps 11 however there were four coffee cups. Host should consider sticking up on towels, washcloths, dish towels, soap. House was surface level clean with a need for multiple repairs. AC worked great! Never ran out of hot water.
