It is a short walk from the house (less than 5 blocks) until your toes hit the sandy beach. The beach by the house gives you the most spectacular view of the widest beach of all of Ft. Lauderdale beaches. Bring your cooler and beach chairs to this quiet beach area, and enjoy a fun and relaxing day in the sun. This private residential neighborhood, called Harbour Inlet, is located less than one mile from Pier 66, the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center, and about 2 miles from Ft. Lauderdale Port, and the most iconic street in Ft. Lauderdale, Las Olas Blvd. It is only 12 minutes to the Ft. Lauderdale airport and a short Uber ride to many delicious restaurants, activities, parks, and nightlife.

The house has recently been updated. It has fabulous state-of-the-art technology throughout, and the wifi is extremely fast. The open kitchen has high end Jenn Air appliances, a locking wine fridge, four barstools on one side of the island and five on the other side of the counter, with lots of space for any chef to create delicious meals. The dining room is very spacious with lots of seating, and a walk-up bar to enjoy your favorite cocktail. It also has a huge pantry for storing all types of food and a large capacity LG washing machine and dryer.

There are two beautiful living rooms, both with their own 65” TVs and Sonos sound bars, and one with a spectacular view of the backyard pool and patio.

This luxury home consists of four bedrooms, each with their own tv, and three bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. This spacious bathroom is so relaxing. It has a shower that is digital and can be adjusted up to 106 degrees if desired, along with a double vanity sink, and a free-standing luxury tub. The second bedroom has a queen Posturepedic bed and a set of twin Posturepedic bunk beds. This bedroom shares a jack and jill bathroom with the third bedroom, and has a double vanity sink with a shower and tub. The third bedroom has a double bed as well as a trundle. The fourth bedroom, also with a Posturepedic queen mattress, has a beautiful view of the pool and lovely patio, and a desk for those that need to put in a few hours of work. This home sleeps 8 adults and 4 children.

The gorgeous backyard is so relaxing you won’t want to leave. The large, heated saltwater pool is refreshing and inviting. It’s extremely private, with a very comfortable sitting area with two umbrellas, and a large dining table for your al-fresco meals. The wonderful patio also has a large gas grill, a fridge to keep your drinks cold, a pizza oven, and a large hibachi style grill. This summer kitchen has everything you’d want to enjoy your Ft. Lauderdale dining experience.

There is plenty of space for driveway parking that accommodates 6 cars. This is a beautiful and safe walking neighborhood lined with mulit-million dollar homes.
