Casa de las Aves / Casita Zen 14 is nestled between two golf fairways in the private community of Punta Mita in Porta Fortuna. The casita has a breathtaking view of the Bay of Banderas and the Pacific Ocean. This luxurious town house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 6 adults + 2 young children.

Recently completed and updated Casa de las Aves enjoys a premier corner location. It has three separate master suits, each with its own luxurious ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms have have king beds and the third master boasts two double beds with an ensuite bathroom, inside and outside shower and meditation area.

Guests enjoy sweeping ocean and sunrise views from spacious private decks, patios, balconies and garden. There is an expansive pool and jacuzzi and an outdoor entertainment area with its own BBQ grill,.

Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes Premier Membership Golf, 6 seat golf cart and your personal concierge.

Premium Punta Mita Membership (GOLF) includes access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club and the new El Surf Club at La Lancha. (fees may apply)

Perfect stay

Loved the neighborhood, beautiful view of ocean, very quiet corner spot was ideal. Concierge and housekeeper were both a delight, and breakfast every morning was too delicious for words. We’ll be back!

Amazing Home!

Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful (pool is awesome), the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. And the entire Punta Mita setup is amazing with the beach clubs, golf, and restaurants all within a 10 minute golf cart ride. Thanks so much for the great vacation!

Casa de la Aves feels incredibly private and luxurious, and the pool is bigger than most Casita Zens in the development.
