Cute lake cottage!

Perfect spot for our family getaway. The hosts were accomodating and helpful. Small touches (wine, toiletries) made us feel extra welcome. It is a drive into town, but it was nice to be away from the crowds, and it was only a short walk to the lake. We would stay here again!

Great Time

This was a great place to stay while visiting family in the area. The house is great with plenty of room for us. The personal touches were a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway

Quiet neighborhood and everything was in close proximity. Bill is very responsive host and I would stay here again if I revisit lake geneva in the future. Cute, cozy and clean house!

My first trip to Wisconsin was made perfect by staying at this lovely little cottage. The owners thought of everything to make the cottage feel at home and welcoming. Our family looks forward to making this a yearly trip. I highly recommend this cottage, the location was perfect, close to the lake, gas station and Walmart.

Sweet stay

Everything was great! Perfect size for my friend and I. Not too far from downtown. Zero problems while we were there and honestly no complaints. They got back to me fast if I had a question. We had a great time!

We brought way too much stuff that we thought we would need. Wasn't necessary because everything needed was there for us. Great little place! Close to everything! And our Host was there to help when needed. That is very important.

Relaxing stay

My husband and I were on this property during April weekend. The check-in process was easy, and communication with the property owner was excellent. We felt welcomed by the owners of this house from the first moment. My name written on the welcome board, fresh flowers, sweet treats for us by the coffee bar, complimentary bottle of wine, and coffee cups...that tells you that owners are happy to host you. We enjoyed warm spring days in the backyard and sitting on the front porch. This was a very relaxing time. We felt safe in this neighborhood. It is the perfect destination for golfers, someone who wants to lay down on the screened back porch and relax, or someone who likes to hike since there is a nice walking trail around the lake, and it's ten minute walk from this location. Great stay! We'll be back.

We had so much fun, the property was in great shape. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, enjoyed the fire pit and the space and the air conditioning. It was nice to bring our dogs, and the kayaks and bicycle were fun. You should stay here the location is superb.

Well described property with lots to enjoy including bikes and kayaks. Perfect location for visiting both Geneva and Fontana. Access to the Shore Path is a bonus.

Comfortable cottage with great kitchen and 2 porches. We used it as a home base while visiting Lake Geneva, Elkhorn and Madison. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Lake Geneva.

Weekend in Wisconsin!

This was my second stay at Linnwood cottage and we loved it just as much as the first time! The fireplace was such a nice touch and we really enjoy the simple comfort of the cottage! Bill was very responsive to our inquiries and we really appreciate his recommendations! We'll definitely stay here again when jn the area!

So cute!

We stayed here for the week while in Lake Geneva for dance comp. Such a cute little house! The complimentary coffee bar definitely got utilized with out early call times. Bed were comfy and clean, screen in porch area was nice to eat supper out in. Two days prior to our arrival, there was a big storm knocking out internet for some parts of the town. When I informed our host, he was amazing at keeping me up to date on everything, and when it would be restored. Once restored, all streaming worked like a charm. Checking in and out was easy!

Lovely Getaway near Lake Geneva

My Friends and I came up for a local convention and very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was clean , the cottage was well appointed as well. My only regret is that the March weather precluded us from taking advantage of all the outside amenities the host provided (fire pit, kayaks and other things) On the positive side, the 4 inches of snow we got while there were absolutely beautiful! Thank you for a lovely stay! If I am in Lake Geneva again I will definitely check to see if the property is available.

Teaching Grandson to ski; needed a 'home base" that was not a motel room.

Lovely, quiet, country setting. Complete opposite of flora/fauna from our Florida home, which is what we wanted. Everything one needed was provided in this cozy, affordable cottage: equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great ambience. Much more natural family setting than motel rooms. Very short drive to ski area & town. Our Host was so cordial & prompt to help with a question. Would certainly recommend.
