Wrightsville Beach Sound- Short walk to beach and restaurants

Renovated in 2022, this home has 4 bedrooms and three full baths. The home is on the sound granting great views from each level. Just a short walk to the other end of Atlanta St. to the beach. The home has an outdoor shower to use when you return from the beach and a grill and outdoor ping pong table to compliment the backyard. It is located just a few block walk to the restaurants in Wrightsville Beach. And, if you forget anything, Robert's Grocery is also located only a few blocks away. You can literally park your car for the weekend and enjoy Wrightsville Beach.
For parking, two cars can fit under the house and a third car can be parked perpendicular to the garaged cars.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location with pretty views and sunsets, a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. My kids enjoyed the bikes. The house was clean and comfortable and has most everything you need. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Prime Wrightsville Beach location near everything!

Perfectly appointed house, with space for our whole family to rest, relax, play ping-pong, take walks on the beach, and explore the area. All of the rooms and kitchen were well appointed and spotlessly clean. Plenty of room to park 2 cars and enjoy the outside patios. Look forward to our next stay!

Amazing house! Amazing location!

Our host could not have been more accommodating. He was extremely communicative and everything was as described. The house was beautiful and we hope we have the opportunity to stay again. Also the location doesn’t get much better with amazing views of the sunsets!

Good location and great views!

Everything went extremely smooth. Top floor AC went out for a very short period (as is expected coming into the season) and Jim was just a phone call away. Everything was fixed up in a couple hours. This gave us time to walk the beach bars/ restaurants, which are 2 blocks away. I can’t recommend this property enough. 10/10 would stay again

Fantastic place in a prime location

Bottom line: this is a great place in a great location. Details: Since my wife is from Wilmington, we have rented a lot of places on Wrightsville Beach. We really liked this place: very clean and a great location. Being on Bank’s Channel, the decks offer great sunset views and dock access. Wrightsville is narrow at this point and the beach access is 2 short blocks away. This location isn’t only convenient to the Robert’s (grocery) but to all the restaurants, bars and shopping Wrightsville has to offer- but far enough not to be loud or crowded. The beach access on Atlanta Ave is not very crowded, amazingly. The house itself is laid out in the style of many newer houses and is clean, spacious and everything in working order. Jim’s instructions and communications were clear, fast and informative. Bonus: outdoor shower, fantastic decks and comfy beds! Defiantly recommended!

We had a fabulous time at this property! The rooms were perfect, the house was decorated nicely and James was really easy to work with. It was nice that the house was so close to the shops and restaurants but tucked away so it was quiet as well. The dock was great for swimming and it was nice to be on the intracoastal water way for a change. Very beautiful!

Prime location

The home is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the views are amazing! You are right on the sound and across the street from the beach. Walking distance to local shops, bars, and grocery store. We used our car maybe once and that was to go into Wilmington. The owner was easy to communicate with and our stay was perfect thanks to him. We can’t wait to rent this home again in the future. Only tid bit is that the height for parking is a little low so if you have jacked up SUV’s you’d only be able to fit one underneath the home however we could easily fit 3 smaller cars/suvs.
