Brand New home with mountain views and starry sky

Come stay at our place, custom made for your needs. Nestled at the base of Little Cotttonwood Canyon, minutes to the slopes, with a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains and an amazing night sky filled with stars.
The home is brand new as are all the beds, furniture and appliances. This is a walkout basement with 9 foot ceilings that is completely separate from the rest of the home, there are no interior stairs or doors that lead to the space. It also has its own garage and temperature control.
Large dining table with seating for 8. Each bedroom has a walk in closet and hanging mirror. Large TV with couch seating in the living area.
Walking distance to Salt Lake's great hikes at Bells Canyon Trailhead and Little Cottonwood Canyon which is home to famous ski/snowboarding resorts Snowbird and Alta.

UT Ski Trip

What a perfect place and location. Just minutes to mouth of Little CC (Snowbird/Alta). The apartment was huge especially for only 3 of us, but could easily fit many more. Had everything we needed and more, plus all the shopping/restaurants 5 min down the road. The garage was an unexpected bonus when it dumped snow for 2 nights in a row. Hope the price doesn’t go up too much for this hidden gem.

Beautiful home!

We booked this home for our stay for a wedding. It’s very clean, spacious, comfortable, and convenient for a family. It’s very quiet and private. The check in and check out process was very simple and very well explained. Whenever we go back to Utah we will definitely be booking this place again.

Nice easy access to house. Very clean home and property. Host’s family stayed upstairs separate from rental downstairs. Nice 0.5mile walk away from park, beautiful views of mountain side.

Awesome clean place and it has all the kitchen supplies and toiletries/towels! Host was super responsive and took care of all our needs. There is some noise but not a problem unless you sleep super early. Still overall 5/5.

Great Granite Getaway

Spent a wonderful few days in the SLC area exploring, eating and visiting with friends. This was a great place to recuperate at the end of the day. Nice neighborhood, calm and quiet. Well outfitted for a stay with stocked kitchen and laundry. As well as single car garage so no worries for your vehicle.

Great Stay!

A wonderful space to spend a week while skiing. The location was very convenient to Alta and Snowbird. Lots of space, comfortable living, and the kitchen was perfect for making our own meals. Our next trip to the area, we will look to stay here again.

Great location and very clean

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Granite Ridge. It is very easy to get up into the mountains, down to SLC or to any of the other towns in the valley. We are bikers so the ability to use the garage was a huge benefit. Nice that there is plenty of storage in the apartment. Fahd was very easy to communicate with as well. We would recommend this property.

Best location for Alta/Snowbird

Had a wonderful experience with staying at this location. Super welcoming hosts and easy process of checking. Most spacious rental I have had for the price and just minutes away from great food and groceries. Even right down the road from Wasatch lineup for skiing at Alta/Snowbird so super helpful.
