This place was perfect for our Annapolis stay. It was comfortable, well appointed and conveniently located to pretty much everything. The host was very available and communicative. The check-in process was well explained and easy to execute. Parking was plentiful. The backyard was huge and had comfortable furniture and a fire pit. We could not have asked for a better place and hope to rent it again in the future.

This was the absolutely perfect home for a girls weekend to celebrate my sister. There were 9 of us and the house didn't feel too tight, everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. It was such a thoughtful touch to have an extra blanket on every bed, as I usually run cold at night. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions. The location of the home was perfect, with us never driving more than 10 minutes to get to any restaurants or activities we had planned. I would definitely stay here the next time I am in Annapolis!!

The home was very clean and the host provided alot of items in the house like paper goods, coffee bar and toiletries. The location was close to the municipal pool that our grandkids loved. It was a short drive to food stores, restaurants and downtown Annapolis. The outside of the house was unassuming but inside had everything we needed and we managed fine without a dishwasher.

New years group trip

Loved the house, we were glad to be able to book it on short notice for a large group! Beds were insanely comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and a fantastic location. Only downside is that the common areas (living room/kitchen/dining area) are a bit small if you have a larger group (8). Overall a great stay and would stay again!!

Family Visit

We had a wonderful 3 night stay while visiting our daughter in Annapolis. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone to spread out. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the AC on a humid weekend and liked having a grill and outdoor sitting area.

Lovely Annapolis home

We spent two nights in Annapolis in June 2024 and really enjoyed staying in this lovely home. It was really comfortable and spacious and very well kitted out. The check in/out processes were very smooth. The location is great as it’s quite close to the centre but in a quiet residential area. Highly recommended.

Guys Annapolis golf weekend

The house was just right for our needs. We're a group of old college friends having a golf weekend in the Annapolis area. 6 good size bedrooms. Centrally located between the courses we played and the downtown night life. The host was very responsive to a couple questions and everything we needed was there. Thanks again!

Mother's Day Weekend

Outside is un assuming but inside IS AS pictured. Everything is there that is needed. Owners have thought of everything.. attention to detail is what the ladies appreciated. Only thing, a hand rail for the stairs would be nice. The weather was so so, but the house was not!! More Mother's Days to come. Thank You

The home was very clean and beautifully set up. The property managers were very helpful and communicative. they even had complimentary snack, beverages, and even a hand written note with a wine bottle. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with everything incase you forgot something at home. Everyone enjoyed the home, we were planning our next visit before we even left!

Easy access to Annapolis

As far as getting to downtown Annapolis, this location is excellent. The bedroom layout was really good. 2 bedrooms on main floor with full bath. 4 bedrooms upstairs with full bath. All beds were soft and we slept well. We were traveling with grandparents and having the main floor bedrooms was perfect. Otherwise, it’s 13 steps to the upstairs. The house was nice and clean. Parking for the house is actually in the backyard. We fit 3 cars back there fine. Communication with owner was excellent. Overall, nice property.

Great location, super clean, plenty of room

This place has it all, including beautiful deer in the back! Super comfy for the family. The owners have thought of it all from phone chargers to makeup remover! The home was extremely clean, lots of seating, plenty of places to park, beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, modern, it was 97 degrees out and the a/c did not disappoint. Anything we needed or wanted
 was there! I have rented many places and this place was pretty spot on with all the big and little conveniences. We would definitely rent again. Oh did I mention the “Fabulous Coffee Bar?” Owners are awesome. Always answered my questions quickly, and were flexible to my needs. A-1 owners!
