City Casita Downtown - FREE Parking!!
Great downtown condo right behind the Harrah's Cherokee Center and Thomas Wolfe Auditorium. Safe, keypad-locked building with elevator access. Top floor = nobody above you. Easy walking distance to just about anything downtown. Coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, bars, retail shops, grocery stores, activities, and more within blocks of the front door. Biltmore Estate and access to the Blue Ridge Parkway for hiking trails are within a 15 minute drive.
The space
Get more out of your stay in Asheville with this little home away from home. Enjoy having a full-size kitchen and living room in addition to the bedroom and bathroom in this 600+ SF condo. This makes for a much more spacious stay than a hotel. You will have a FREE PARKING SPOT designated for you just outside the building and elevator access that will make it easy for bringing in luggage. You won't need to use your car during your stay, though, because you are close enough to walk to just about anywhere you would want to go downtown. Continue REMOTE WORKING seamlessly with high speed internet and a desk. The condo unit has its own central A/C and heat controlled by a Nest for your comfort and health. An internal access hallway buffers the majority of highway noise from I-240 to the North from entering the space. The living room is on the North side adjacent to this hallway, and the bedroom windows face the city. No pets and no smoking.

Other things to note
The condo has bamboo wood floors throughout and a tile bathroom. The bedroom has a king-size Tuft & Needle bed and a 43" Smart TV. Please note that there is a TV in the bedroom only. There is no cable, but you can sign into your personal Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu accounts if you would like. You can also use it to sign in to any channel-specific apps using your personal cable login if you have one. The bathroom has a shower with double shower heads and a separate garden tub. A standard 5-cup drip coffee maker is provided along with the other typical kitchen essentials.
The I-240 highway is buffered by an interior hallway for access to the condo. The living room is on that side of the condo. The bedroom faces the city. You will likely hear city noise more than highway noise since you sleep on that side of the building... music, people, cars, etc. If you like to have the windows open, you will hear noise. We provide an air purifier to muffle the noise in the bedroom, but if you don’t like white noise or are super-sensitive to noise, you probably will not want to stay downtown.
