Cozy 3 bedroom, 2bathroom located in a great location, very close to all the major highways (PGBT and 75 ) which is perfect for commuting.
The house is located in one of the few neighborhoods in Plano, where you can do grocery shopping on foot if you wanted. The closet grocery store is Tom Thumb which is less than a mile. Kroger and Walmart are less than 2miles away. You are also close to restaurants, bars, cafes in historic downtown Plano which is less than 2miles away.
There is also a new Fowling Warehouse entertainment, the first of its kind in Texas, It's the top golf of bowling and football.
The house is fully furnished, comes with very high speed internet, working space with a computer monitor included, 55 smart TV, comfortable replying sofas, 6 six seater dining table.
The backyard is big and has a 7ft deep swimming pool
All three bedrooms have confortable queen size beds. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom, the other bedrooms share one bathroom.
The kitchen comes with double door fridge, dishwasher, wall oven and microwave. All the essentials you need to make a meal will come included in the kitchen.
For laundry, both both washer and dryer are available.
