Westgate Smoky MTN Resort & Indoor Water Park - H
ACCOMMODATIONS:
We have been owners for several years at Westgate Smoky Mountains Resort, Spa, and Waterpark. Occasionally have our units available for rent. This year rentals for the Christmas Holiday season are available for a 7-night stay, checking in on/after Friday December 26, 2025 (4:00 pm check in) and checking out on/before Friday January 02, 2026 (10:00 am check out).
Our rentals consist of two one-bedroom suites connected with a privacy lockout that can sleep up to 8. The first of the two is a Standard Suite has 1 King-size bedroom, large bathroom with washer/dryer. Living area has beautiful leather furniture (including a Queen-size sofa sleeper), compact full kitchen, dining and entertainment area. Approx. 510 sq. ft.
The second is also a Standard Suite has 1 King-size bedroom, large bathroom with washer/dryer. Living area has beautiful leather furniture (including a Queen-size sofa sleeper), compact full kitchen, dining and entertainment area. This suite also features balcony / patio. Approx. 510 sq. ft.
The Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Descriptions, decor, and photos of units are representative, and may vary.
As an Owner-Guest you will enjoy FREE waterpark passes for the entire week for your group up to 8 people. Free miniature golf course on top of the mountain with fantastic views. Indoor and outdoor pools (heated) and a kidsâ playground. And free wireless internet access.

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Smoky Mountains, Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa sits on 70 acres adjacent to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You will never have to leave the resort to have a fabulous vacation. If you do choose to leave the resort, there is no reason to drive as the resort shuttle will drop you off at the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge trolley stop allowing you to see all the area attractions without dealing with traffic and paying for parking.

We live in Cincinnati and enjoy U.C. and Bengal football and traveling. We enjoy hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park especially in October to see the fall colors. Awesome! Having a timeshare in the Gatlinburg areas gives a great stepping-off point for daytrips to surrounding areas like Cherokee, Bryson, Fontana, and Ashville. Our children and grandchildren look forward to staying at the resort, especially the Wild Bear Falls Water Park.

Convenient drive from most East Coast and Midwest locations. No need to overnight from most cities. Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge are destination locations offering endless attractions - from Dollywood to the Aquarium of the Smokies. There is literally something in the area for everyone!

You will enjoy the privileges of being an OWNER-GUEST, which includes FREE Water park admission, FREE Miniature golf, FREE Wi-Fi and Internet access. The amenities at this resort are numerous. Most of the property has been rebuilt since the 2016 wildfire so most of the amenities are new - crafts and classes during the week to keep adults and kids entertained.
