Beds are appointed with crisp linens and big puffy pillows, cozy blankets for curling up. The game room was a popular hang out-recliners and big TV were amazing! The kitchen was stocked with everything and plenty of room to seat everyone for a meal.

House was as advertised. Clean, spacious, comfortable with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable.Beds are comfortable. Plenty of kitchen supplies available so that you can cook and serve meals without bringing much other than your food supplies. Stove is propane so if you are not use to that kind of cooking, plan a little extra time into your prep. Not a show stopper just and fyi. Game room offers a fun selection of items for a rainy day or break from the beautiful outdoor views. Hot tub, grill and fire pit were all utilized by our group of 8. Perfect house for 4 couples and our mini reunion. Town is not far away with shopping and dining options if you want to not cook. Would absolutely come back.

They are not kidding about the spectacular view!! We had a lovely stay at this house with three elderly parents for a long weekend, and it was wonderful having three bedrooms on the main floor. The kitchen is very well equipped (even has an electric griddle for pancakes and a tea kettle for the stove). Beds are comfortable and the games room is terrific. We just had five adults but it would be a good place for a family/families with kids as the bunk rooms are very cute, and there’s definitely enough room. Would definitely stay here again, and there was some not so subtle hinting from the folks to do it again next year. Berkeley Springs has plenty to offer in activities, and everyone we met in town was just lovely and so kind to my folks. The team’s recommendations on food were top notch. Highly recommend Bobs Beef BBQ the whole family loved it and its great value for the money. The cheese shop and Fairfax Coffee House also terrific.

We were very impressed with our accommodations – clean, comfortable, spacious, and sunny (except on the rainy day) with a great view. Our host, Katie, answered questions promptly both before and during our stay. We are all older and appreciated that most of the bedrooms and the main rooms are on the first floor with easy access to the parking lot – we did not have to carry our boxes and suitcases up or down stairs. And for the times we wanted to use the game room, the stairs had a sturdy handrail. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely recommend this place and this host.

Fall Getaway

The view is spectacular! The house is as advertised. Beds are comfortable. Our grandkids loved the game room. Location is great for visiting Cacapon State Park and downtown Berkeley Springs.
